I'm not even sure Nanene fits the FLG ISO/PAS definition. Only 90% is below 11 layers. It's revised lateral size is also nothing to shout about.

Can you tell me why it's so special? Why does it justify the Twitter Premium of £170m over its peer group?

Oh just reread that post @timbo and it just sunk in 10-20k/ tonne is only $10-20/ a kg.

It also prices their 3mt/year output at 30-60k a year!!! I think even the bulls here will agree that won't be good enough for VRS.

Also, I seem to recall that a certain Australian producer is able to produce platelets with an exceptionally good lateral size at a very competitive price.

Glad I don't short companies , looks like you have to sit there all day and night every day to try and convince the inconvincible that they are looking at things from the wrong perspective.

I think now that the minimum lateral size of Nanene has been changed to 0.1um from 0.5um and no average size given this could be particularly important.

I really can't see why all the folks here think VRS has such a massive competitive edge to justify the Twitter Premium of £170m over its peer group.

I'm doing nothing off the kind. I simply pointed out to NS that if he wanted to post here he could explain why VRS justifies the enormous premium over its peers. The "Twitter Premium" I defined earlier.

By the way I was acused of wasting his time in Twitter. If you look it's he and his management team who keeps engaging with me on Twitter. I have tweeted to odd post on the #vrs tag that's all.

I will go along with most of that, it would seem to rule out expensive producers for most commodity applications. I wonder if VRS could produce at circa $10-20K dollars per tonne?
