It’s obvious surely that you couldn’t call Tullows balance sheet healthy, but is it manageable?...I think it is...as long as oil doesn’t hit $50.

And with the increasing number of cars on the roads...few of them electric!..it’s going to drive the oil market higher, whatever the pundits say.

It’s a finite resource with demand in third world countries rising greatly for the foreseeable future. Who wants an electric car with a battery that deteriorates over a fairly short term and costs a fortune to replace?

Why the OIL price on the rise again today....

OPEC+ weighs deeper oil output cuts -- Dec. 5, 2019 6:36 AM

Reports out of Vienna suggest OPEC and its allies led by Russia are discussing increasing current cuts of 1.2M barrels per day by more than 400K bpd, as well as extending their agreement from March, to June or later.

Crude futures already soared 4.2% on Wednesday - the largest gain since the attacks on Saudi Aramco's facilities - on output cut rumors and tightening American stockpiles.

A final decision by OPEC+ is likely to come tomorrow afternoon. The group has curbed supply since 2017 to counter booming output from the U.S., which has become the world's biggest producer.

Crude futures +0.2% to $58.56/bbl.

You have to run backwards for it to work properly.

She did say she though the fall was overdone... It's just when people have the strength to back that opinion.

They are closing on contracts on a load of infill drilling in Ghana and the government expects to approve the new legislation by year end to ease that, it's before parliament now.

It does that for sure, it just struck me that there was nothing that we don't know in there. Personally I'd have preferred some opinion/analysis. Those 5 minutes are gone for good Frazer! Unless of course I can 'turn back time', does that happen if I walk backwards quickly.

Ha ha, go for a nice walk and look up and get those minutes back :).

Sticks to the facts though, that's all we all know. Anything else, to quote the great man himself, is jibber jabber.

I think the manipulators want to get this 100p to fill their boots before this goes up but we shall see, I know a few that have said if tlw hits that price they will go overweight in the stock

Could be, but traders are waiting on Carapa and Suriname outcomes and it appears just small trades are pulling and pushing?

So volatile, no confidence in management hence price being artificially low
