Just to clarify then...This is an amendment to a previously agreed royalty contract. The amendment is the mere bringing forward of a drawdown of funds. The report does not make it clear if this is a free amendment or if this has come at a cost or a concession. It that appears to have been given away is the right of representation on the board. Seems very generous and considerate on the part of the royalty holder.
