Hi 11%,

Obviously I cannot be sure but as I've previously said the IPA website does make it pretty clear that the guarantee element is contingent on the co raising as much money as they possibly can independent of the guarantee. So I'd hazard a guess if Sirius want the $1.5bn guaranteed they must take their medicine. Only a guess and I don't know but have a read.

Agree, is stage 2 doesn't happen there won't be a mine but that's not rocket science?

Ok, but some questions need answers.

Stg2 was going to be low interest loans, backed by Gov guarantees. This is now dead in the water, and I do not know what happened to make it impossible....WHAT HAPPENED????

We now have the position where the whole project will come to a halt in 6 months (sp = 0p) if we don't get Stg2 away.

As I have said.......this gives the bankers, new partner, et a very strong hand.

Not convinced. As has previously been mentioned there could be any number of equity partners / CB funds (who'd I'd assume would be prepared to invest at a premium) / placing etc etc so sirius do have options available to them. Yes it is a risk, but let's be fair and acknowledge that there isn't just one conversation they can have.

We now have enough cash to see us through to end of Q1 2019.

After that, Stg2 must be in place, or the project will run out of cash and all work will stop.

This gives our new "equity partner" a very strong hand.
