„at this time“ - so it might be Material delay at another time.

Too much hope value being promulgated by Board? This has been seen time and time again - look at TOM. Share price dependent on hope is usually misleading. This is why so many AIMs are failing and costing PIs a fortune.

The fact that MSC ordered a ship especially for the process is testiment to the solidity of the relationship, indeed.
