19/3/2024 08:54 | Always interesting to get different perspective re MSC particularly given it’s taking so long | kreature
19/3/2024 08:49 | One open offer share available at 1.25p for every 19 shares held , seems a but mean ? Or I guess just buy as many as you like at 1.15 in the open market | kreature
19/3/2024 08:46 | Kreature re 1360, in hand and if replied to I consider it my duty to report it publicly and freely. 18 years of mis-management, and financial despair for shareholders🆘 | brookemia

19/3/2024 08:05 | They are not offering enough today anyway to make it worthwhile selling, in my opinion. As the money is there it will last us through. They can't use the lack of it as a weapon any longer. | hazl
19/3/2024 08:05 | Looks like Sallad was right with 1.3 predictions, tho slightly late. Oh hang on | kreature
19/3/2024 07:47 | I've always maintained that QED could easily raise the cash it needed via a quick placing and had no need to do an open offer after the last one was under subscribed. Today's RNS proves me right. The open offer is just JM being nice to PI's, although I'd have said sod them and just raised the lot via placing, as the last open offer demonstrated clearly that not enough PI's can be relied upon to back the company when they are needed to. I'm glad they have the placing cash, meaning there is no longer a risk to MSC, Morocco or Valkor, the rest is as I said, a bonus.."The Company has conditionally raised total gross proceeds of £1.5 million pursuan | haggismchaggis
19/3/2024 07:45 | Great posts Haggis. Thank you! 'That is what you do to support your investment'. | hazl
19/3/2024 00:22 | "The net proceeds of the Placing and Subscription are expected to provide Quadrise with the necessary working capital resources to 31 March 2025, by which time projects in Morocco and Utah are expected to be generating commercial revenues, and the trial with MSC will be near completion, should active project milestones be delivered on currently anticipated timelines.".Thus NO NEED for the open offer cash, as can always raise at a much higher price later on when there's commercial production and sales revenue, and MSC trial data available..The following does not impact the success of the above, so if PI's don't want to support this activity, it will not matter much to QED.."The net proceeds of the Open Offer are expected to provide Quadrise with the resources to progress opportunities in Central America and Southeast Asia, thereby creating a presence in the marine bunkering hubs of Panama and Singapore, enable progress with bioMSAR development and provide a clear pathway to profitability." | haggismchaggis
19/3/2024 00:02 | Based on £1m from the Open Offer, and a MCap based on 1.25p, I think it will be 1 new share for every 20 held, giving a maximum of 80m new shares in the Open Offer. I'll be taking all of mine regardless of the market price, and if the market price is lower then I will triple my allocation by buying in the open market to reduce my average price on the open offer stock. That is how you support your investment. | haggismchaggis
18/3/2024 23:55 | hotfinance14, . To keep private investors happy, just as it says in the RNS if you read it. . "In addition, and in recognition of the continuing support from long-term shareholders, the Company also announces that it will be providing existing Qualifying Shareholders with the opportunity to participate in an open offer". . The money they need to get the company through MSC, Morocco and Valkor will be had from the placing, the rest is just to keep the PI's happy whilst giving QED some bonus cash to do some other things with, and if PI's don't want the stock it's not going to affect QED's plans this time. | haggismchaggis
18/3/2024 19:05 | ' And directors share purchase. | hazl
18/3/2024 19:00 | 'the Company also announces that it will be providing existing Qualifying Shareholders with the opportunity to participate in an open offer of new Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company ("Open Offer Shares") at the Issue Price to raise additional gross proceeds of up to a maximum of approximately £1.0 million (the "Open Offer") (together with the Placing and Subscription, the "Fundraise"). The Open Offer will be launched on conclusion of the Placing and for such an amount as, together with the gross proceeds of the Placing and the Subscription, will see the Company raise gross proceeds of an aggregate of up to £2.5 million. The Placing Shares and the Subscription Shares (as defined below) are not subject to clawback and will not be part of the Open Offer.' I don't think that's too bad considering what's coming up. | hazl |
