For transparency MSC is not going to be reliant on just one supplier but if we are chosen for any purpose in MSC 's shipping role , this could be a game changer.



'When you choose MSC Biofuel Solution – regardless of the cargo’s port of origin or destination – MSC purchases biofuel for use along your journey.

While biofuel is not currently available at all ports, we can still offer CO2 savings along any trade lane or route, as biofuel is bunkered and used across MSC’s network. This is known as “Mass Balance Concept” and allows us to deliver emissions savings to customers regardless of the bunkering port, trade lane or route; we simply use the biofuel available within our global maritime network.

The CO2 calculations used for MSC Biofuel Solution are based on latest global emissions guidelines.






The carbon insetting process is externally verified by a third-party provider, DNV, to ensure the accuracy of the CO2 savings transferred to you.

MSC also issues a Retirement Statement with the following information, that can be used for reporting on the carbon footprint of your supply chain (Scope 3 CO2 emissions):



• CO2 savings transferred to the customer (in tonnes), based on:

o Baseline CO2e emissions for the requested service using conventional marine fuel
o CO2e emissions for the requested service using sustainable biofuel
o WTWeq methodology (full CO2e cycle)

• Biofuel specifications and certification
• Proof of Sustainability issued by the bunker supplier
• External verification statement (carbon insetting process)'

Well said Wonga, start small and work your way onto bigger fish. But that's not the QED way, JM wants to conquer the world. But like I said,people are balls deep in QED and can't or won't rock the boat just in case they lose the lot. Hence yacht testing and core samples which need more testing causing the kiddies to get excited.

For a start, be honest! If they have no control over delays, say so rather than fobbing off shareholders with false promises time after time.

Additionally, going back over the last 10 years or so, why do we always seem to get involved with massive projects?
Surely to goodness we could have found a more modest oil consumer, more locally, willing to try MSAR, proving the fuel and allowing us to make some modest income?
Once tried, tested and in production, further smaller customers could have been sourced on positive results feedback. They could have gradually increased production and their portfolio of customers and THEN start dreaming of landing some big fish to take the company to where we are still trying to get now.

We all realise Miles is incompetent, and as a Chemist he would be hard-pushed to get a job at Boots as a pharmacist👨‍🔬 but for a complete BOD of sycophantic 🤓DUDS㊁9;to draw salaries and in breach of NED’s 👨‍b78;️LEGAL8104;‍⚖️responsibilities, suggests that there is NOBODY at QED monitoring the situation.

From the "visit" report (MSC);

"In terms of timescales for the agreements & trials, Quadrise advised that agreements would need to be finalised by the end of March in order for the trials-related activity to commence in Q2
Based on that fuel supply to the trials vessel would be in late Q2/early Q3. Quadrise stated that they were expecting contracts by the end of Q1 at the latest."

🤥Having intimated at the AGM, the agreement will be signed in December, they come up with another fob-off to those present on the visit, saying contracts end Q1 at the latest🤥
This is not wishy washy timescales. "AT THE LATEST" should have meant, definitely sometime between 19th Feb, (visit date) and 31st March. Yet here we are over 6 weeks into Q2 and still nothing, a big fat zero!

🤡Utter incompetence isn't strong enough a description of our BoD and it is little wonder the share price struggles to gain any traction, when the market knows fine well the corporate clowns at the helm, have, are and will continue to fail to deliver!🤡

I presume that the "other marine opportunity" is the now revealed "Gin Palace" manufacturer

What have we got into here chaps🤔 we have a CEO who has achieved NOTHNG IN 15 years🤦‍;♂️

He has publicly stated🗣ʊ39; that the agreement with us was probably🫣going to be signed 5 MONTHS AGO🫢

He is apparently a CEO, certainly knows nothing about discretion chaps🗣ᥧ9;🗣️

With his track record of failures at KSA, and Maersk, should he not be a tad more circumspect 🤔

His latest utterances over UTAH have been no less optimistic chaps, and he is skating on very thin ice🙈 only problem is that this will impact on us-not seriously, but enough, and our steady as she goes mindset, is now being brought into focus, because of this serious error of judgement chaps.

He is definitely a loose cannon, people, and very soon we shall be looking at damage limitation.

Reports and PR solutions by end of week chaps🤦‍;♂️

Lets be honest we have all been invested in Quadrise for a few months, Year or many years, why becuase we can see the massive protential in MSAR and still can.

🤦‍a94;️Sadly though the current and passed management teams to date have not succeeded in monetizing any products or projects to date🆘
🤥The lastest projects have lingered for far to long (years) although the little communication we recieve usually informs use that all the projects are still moving forward🤥
It appears to me over the last year many unthought through hurdles have arisen (particularly MSC).
Two weeks wages investment by Mikes does not inspire Investors AFTER 14 YEARS🥴
🆘Non-action by supposed NED’s does NOT show GOVERNANCE by ineffective Directors,🆘
Im personally thinking MSC / Cargill may be saying if the planned trials work it opens the door for Zero MSAR and are asking for some of the future action hear also....Just a thought.
🤔But whatever the hold-up is the QED Management team need to sort it out fast🥴
