'Quadrise has highlighted that the net proceeds of the placing and subscription, alongside the Valkor funds coming in (eg the licensing and delivery fee from Valkor of £1.5m), are expected to provide it with the necessary working capital resources to 31 March 2025 (ie before any additional fund-raising from the open offer). The company has stated that by 31 March 2025, it expects its projects in Morocco and Utah to be generating commercial revenues. Quadrise has also said that if the open offer were fully subscribed, this would provide the company with the resources to create a presence in the bunkering hubs of Panama and Singapore, enabling further bioMSAR development and a pathway to profitability.'

.

Multiple paths to revenue

Quadrise is progressing several options for its technology. These include: trials of its MSAR and bioMSAR technology in Morocco; a collaboration with Cargill and MAC2 to supply fuel for MSC on-vessel trials in Q324; the licensing of its technology to Valkor for heavy oil application in the US; and collaborations with Vertoro, BTG Bioliquids and Euthenia Energy Group to investigate the use of their sustainable biomass-derived sugars as alternative biofuel for bioMSAR.

So permit applications were only submitted at the end of 2023. So how was the seaborne trial supposed to start in 2021 or 2022 ?

A miniaturised version of an MMU to go on the ships ? Really? What a mini tarmac machine? Where will that fit then ? So blending on board and not mixing at the terminal ?

“6 to 12 months” to install an MMU in a refinery. So um, is there enough time to get one installed by 3 years ago ?

Um each MMU “costs between 5 an 10 million dollars to install in a refinery”

So um, where is that going to come from to start the 2021 seaborne trial on time ?

‘Was’ to be demonstrated. Was being the key word. Really nothing to be proud of

To be honest, the whole presentation looked like a pitch to new investors, rather than an existing investor update, as nothing has basically happened in the last 3 months, well except for 3 more salary payments to our hard-working team.😂ԍ15;🥲

Looks like both AM and JM were in home offices too, so at least they might be reducing office heating costs at QED 🤣👨‍🔬Ԏ98;🥱🤥;

They give us the same "clients are very keen to progress at pace" rhetoric🤥but actions, (including lawyer activity) would suggest otherwise.

It would appear we are in the "diddy pile" on the MSC/Cargill lawyers desks continually being overlooked as they concentrate on much bigger contracts.

From my perspective it certainly is wishful thinking on his behalf. I feel JM only stated end of Q1 because if he said anything different and said end Q1 early Q2 then the share price would react negatively, so he is just simply sticking to the current timeline even though my gut tells me he knows there's is very little chance of it being signed in Q1 and more like sometime in Q2.

Well that was another hefty dose of jam tomorrow🤥Very disappointed with the Moroccan project as was under the impression client would review test results Q1 and negotiations for commercial supply in Q2 with a view to commencing supply Q3/H2.
Now it would appear there will be no commercial revenues in 2024.

I can't believe that JM said twice that the Agreement would be signed by end of Q1.. that leaves 2 days...🤥

More wishful thinking IMHO...

I'd love to be proven wrong though...

However the nearer QED gets to commerciality the better the share price will be.

In my opinion of course.

It is because of a temporary backlash,in the green emphasis, both in energy and ESG in my opinion.

This just shows you know absolutly nothing and are ful of garbage. Back to your school evening classes ol boy.

Can you see that the bigger firms were nowhere near as adanced as QED were?
What was lacking was money and support!

They don't want the little guy to get anything even if he deserves it, in my opinion.
Look what happened during covid.
Companies that were most unsuitable ended up making and supply face masks!
Mates rates and that was our leaders!

We have as near as possible got cash coming in now AND we can add to our stash at the same price as the investors.... not a cheap price
just for them.
You can't get fairer than that.

This is a long job finding an alternative fuel!

It is not easy.
That is why it has taken QED so long.

That is why the big boys haven't cracked it yet.

I bet they wished they had invented these fuels....I bet you the ships would all be using it everywhere now if they had.

I repeat though that they will continue to try to destroy competition in my opinion , this alternative fuel business will make someone a lot of money, each party want it to be them.

IMO
