If their is a deal to be done and everyone is onside sit around a table and get it sorted. Otherwise a stalemate will just go on and on.

My feeling is that they had to issue something because investor relations were getting flooded with questions….

My conclusion from the RNS is that it is not just legal teams causing the delay and that negotiations are still ongoing.

Uh errr. Was never going to happen anyway right ? 9 months to install an MMU. Does a suitable MMU even exist ?

1. We hope to do some ‘testing’;

2 We still haven’t received a penny from Valcor’

3. If we ever send a tarmac machine to Valkor it would take at least 9 months to install, and that’s after getting contracts and permits

Of course imv it’s all nonsense anyway, and aside from the usual testing, would never happen, in my opinion
