'Is Quadrise's £32 million market capitalisation (2p) a fair assessment where things are currently at?

Perhaps. But there's no denying the near-limitless potential of Quadrise's technology, especially when the competition is few and far between.'

So Hazl is relying on a single paragraph in an internally prepared QED document without any reference to any authority or evidence. tbf to Hazl I hadn't seen the document.

The QED statement is a blatant lie and the Directors know it. We have become used to
"puff" from the directors but downright lies are something new.

Just start with the Wikipedia entry for Orimulsion and then go on to the many evidence based and peer reviewed papers.

Right let’s close this thread on the grounds of there being nothing tangible to discuss. I guess that means RNS imminent?

AGM in a few months (Nov?) ? Another frustrating one I guess , but on the cusp as always no doubt ?

Yeah hazel, readily disperses in water which meanes it (Orimulsion) can’t be contained and cleaned up. It’s extremely dangerous for the environment therefore right ?

The sister thread clearly haven't read very deeply on MSAR.
By referring to my earlier post as a 'lie', they are effectively arguing with the inventor who made the statement.
Read the literature and it is there in black and white.
I believe they are deliberately trying to mislead, don't you?

'As emulsion fuels, MSAR®
and bioMSAR™ both readily
disperse in water in the
unlikely event of a spill; a
characteristic which is
beneficial compared with
conventional HFO or biofuels'.

'Aponte's fleet had expanded to 20 cargo ships by the 1980s, which the billionaire sold to move into container shipping. He diversified into cruise lines after buying Achille Lauro's cruise fleet in 1987, renaming it MSC Cruises in 1995. Five years later, he founded Terminal Investment, which invests in and manages container ports worldwide, each of which often counts MSC as its biggest customer.

Apart from public appearances for the company, such as christenings of new MSC cruise ships and the sale of a 35 percent stake in Terminal Investment for $1.9 billion in April 2013, Aponte rarely appears in the press. He lives with his wife in Geneva. His children, Diego and Alexa, both work at MSC. '

An interesting family.

Well there it is for all to see. Hazl is lying.

Even Jason knows that's not true from when he and the BP team were told to supply my son with 2 barrels of Orimulsion for his Master's thesis on spill dispersal in the Solent. The results were not pretty.

Did you know for example that Quadrise fuel disperses in water if there was a fuel spill!

Imagine that.

No more of the environmental oil spill disasters that have been witnessed for years.
No more cruel prolonged suffering by wild life that gets in the way.
No more expense in the clean up process that no doubt involve harsh chemicals themselves...I wouldn't be surprised.

Why isn't the industry rushing to use this already?
I expect it's because the big companies wanted to get there first.

I admire MSC they have grown and grown yet basically are still a family firm.
I sincerely hope they survive the massive changes imposed on their industry.
They have also been prepared to look at a company as small as QED.
They recognise ingenuity when they see it hopefully.

Roll on Q2!

Commenting on the update, Jason Miles, Chief Executive Officer of Quadrise, said:

"We are delighted to have signed this agreement with Cargill and MAC2 to progress our plans for supplying MSAR® and bioMSAR™ to the marine sector from Antwerp-Bruges. We look forward to working with them as we prepare for the trials on the MSC Leandra in Q2 2024 and to a successful longer-term partnership as we progress to commercial supply."

Look at what they have set up!

Amazing for such a small company.

'
......commissioning of Quadrise equipment at the MAC2 facility in Antwerp, Belgium. Cargill will be responsible for the supply of feedstocks, as well as for bunkering operations to supply MSAR® and bioMSAR™ fuel, for the Trials. MAC2 will be responsible for the supply of jetty space, utilities, permits and ad-hoc support services during the Trials, whilst Quadrise will be responsible for the provision of MSAR® and bioMSAR™ technology and fuel production equipment and personnel.

Further to the Company's AGM Statement on 27 November 2023, this Collaboration Agreement is the first of a number of agreements with stakeholders that are required in order to supply MSAR® and bioMSAR™ to the MSC Leandra for Proof of Concept ("POC") and Letter of No Objection ('LONO') trials commencing Q2 2024.

Subject to the conclusion of the remaining required agreements, including a toll manufacturing agreement between Cargill and Quadrise in respect of fuel manufacture, Quadrise equipment is expected to be delivered to the MAC2 site to enable the Trials to commence in Q2 this year, following the receipt of permits for the Trials by MAC2. The Trials will commence with POC tests using MSAR® and bioMSAR™ followed then by several thousand hours of operation on bioMSAR™ in order to obtain a LONO from the original equipment manufacturer. Quadrise anticipates that the bioMSAR™ LONO trial will take approximately 6-8 months after the POC trials are completed within around 2 months, subject to the commercial route of the MSC Leandra during the Trials.

Upon successful LONO trial completion and entry of a long-term fuel supply agreement, the parties plan to seek to initiate commercial MSAR® and bioMSAR™ bunker supply operations to the marine sector by Cargill through the MAC2 facilities in Port of Antwerp-Bruges on a permanent basis.

I expect this to be funded or the last paragraph leading to commerciality wouldn't happen!

Every small company needs cash every now and then.
They have said they will need cash at some point.

But you do not hate to say it.....so stop being a bore.

It's how this company ends up that interests me.

I think there is more desperation from you that your many posts are not read by anyone on CUSN and your BOO investment has lost so much money.

I chose to not take profit here and continue to enjoy the journey.
A company doesn't always reflect true value through it's share price.

What has it got to do with you?

Nothing.

A natural retrace? no. That is called wishful thinking.

A pump and dump leaving little old hazl stranded up on mount 3p? yes.
