Some good constructive posts elsewhere on that banana. When lm able to get tothe computer l will try to find them. It's a good sign . The point is it is more likely to succeed when both parties will benefit. Imo

He and The BOD have lost their moral compass☹ᥧ9; and will continue to plunder as long as shareholders will allow.

I'm not sceptical regarding the possible success of the Utah project. It's the timescales given, (by QED or Valkor?) appear to me to be very optimistic to say the least.
I guess I've had enough of Miles’s missed deadlines to do me a lifetime.

Also, as havealot intimated, marketing is not selling. 🤥We've been "marketing" this stuff for years without success🆘 Hopefully, this will be different and with our Utah partners we can get to actual sales without too much delay.

Also hope this is just one of a series of good news RNSs to come our way in the coming weeks/months. I would also like to see some upward trending prior to the big "re-rating" tri-partite announcement due 🤦‍a94;️imminently🤦‍ 792;️

Not wanting to (p) on anyone's bonfire but here we go again. "The company understands", wells drilled next week and completed week after. Oil to be sent to QED for conversion to MSAR & BioMSAR before testing. AND this MSAR BioMSAR is going to be commercially marketed by end June. What could possibly go wrong? 🤣😅🥲

For a start, IIRC, the last oil samples from Utah took over 3 months to reach the QED facility.
Anyone else think the Company's understanding of timescales may be a tad optimistic once more? Looks like the market is taking the news with a Jason Miles sized dollop of salt! Understandable....
Meanwhile the BOD’s nodding dog SYCOPHANTS, keep plundering, not doing their NED’s jobs, and are a disgrace, watch the 🪞mirror694; chaps, you don’t want to face yourselves 🤦‍a94;️🤦‍♀ᥧ9;

'Quadrise Plc (AIM: QED), the supplier of innovative energy solutions for a cleaner planet, provides an update on its project with Valkor Technologies LLC ("Valkor") in Utah, USA, which targets the supply of low sulphur MSAR® and bioMSAR™ to the marine and power sector.

Further to the Company's announcement of 2 October 2023, Valkor has now confirmed that their project partner, Heavy Sweet Oil LLC ("HSO"), has received multi-million dollar funding and approval for their Application for Permit to Drill ("APD") from the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining.

The Company understands that Valkor intends to commence drilling of the initial oil well at the Asphalt Ridge in Utah next week, with completion before the end of April. This oil well is expected to yield between 20 and 40 barrels per day of heavy sweet oil. Samples from the first well will be treated to remove impurities and then sent to Quadrise for conversion to MSAR® and bioMSAR™ and for testing. Commercial marketing to the marine, utilities and industrial sectors is expected to commence before the end of Q2 2024 once samples have been received and tested at QRF.

In support of the drilling programme, HSO plans to submit further drilling and Underground Injection Control permit applications for the injection of steam for enhanced recovery with optimised oil well spacing. The latest applications, if approved, will allow for multiple wells to be drilled from the same drill pad, the results of which should enhance the oil field unitisation application for approval of the larger project.

Valkor is managing several conventional oil sands and drilling exploration projects in Utah. With this initial drilling program funded for 3-4 wells, they expect to conclude full project financing and approvals by mid-2024. I could understand MSC having second thoughts to sign with a company that makes bubbles in heavy oil from a kitchen using cheap equipment and that took 3 pumps to make it work at another client's... Hahaha..😂

To be fair to Whisky HF from the 27th Nov 23 to present its 4 months and 22 days. So he is right on that front. As I said, if you only count the months it visually looks like 6 months, but its technically not.

Vince has been here years and his views are balanced (like a few of us posters) and take into account how the 🤥BOD🤥;have operated over the years regarding what they have said and what has actually happened.

For example regarding the MSC fuel agreement at the AGM in November 23 🤥JM stated regarding the MSC Fuel agreement ‘In December you will get to appreciate some of the people we are dealing with’🤥

At the IMC in March 24 there was the below question and answer :

Why are our counterparty lawyers taking so long to finalise the outstanding agreements?

Our project involves multiple companies, each of which has input into contractual terms that cover operational, technical and commercial issues.
We are dealing with large multinational companies that have many projects ongoing, with longer approval processes, and teams who are dispersed geographically.
Our counterparties’; lawyers are also involved in multiple contracts hence may not always be able to work on our agreements immediately.

You can conclude from this that what 🤡JM stated at the AGM regarding December was very naive and just a crowd pleaser statement.🤭
At The IMC with 2 days left of the Q1 🤥he even stated he still expected the agreement to be annoinced in Q1. Another crowd pleaser. We are now in mid April and still nothing🤦R05;♂️,

This is an example of why a lot oF lTH's are frustrated. They don't harp on with posting these super positive posts because they are not deluded.

Let's hope this MSC fuel agreement is announced very soon. I actually expect the delay has been due to ongoing negotiations and not lawyers causing a futher 4 month delay.
I have seen a lot more complex agreements take less time to be signed off by lawyers.
