Did anyone force you to buy them?
Of course not.

It is the nature of the company, dealing with physical things rather than the immediacy of software or retail.

It is working towards something.

That is what matters to me.

The people that criticise probaably wouldn't have the first idea how to make an alternative the fuel that worked, talk about finding someone to sell it to.

And pacify investors.
I know I wouldn't.

Hazl - Why do you think that anyone who makes a negative comment about QED must be a shorter. You are deluded. I have been invested in here for longer than you care to think and the management of this company is not brilliant to say the least IMHO.

When the general stock market is down the alternative energy stocks seem to be back in play.

Just an observation .
Again I could be wrong.

If you can't take it sell.
If you are really betting against, QED, carry on posting then we will know where we stand.

I have also noticed that QED seems to react positively when the market generally looks sour.
If there is a rally people go back to the stocks that have been depleted in their prices.

The point is shares have natural ups and downs....it doesn't mean the company are in any way different, it just reflects both the market and investor patience.

Piston I am used to this.
I have been interested in shares, for over twenty years.
A share rarely travels up in a straight line.
The peaks and troughs occur in nearly every share .
The moves can be exaggerated by other factors.
Technical things for example, when a company has fewer shares in issue can send them on a wild ride.
The spread makes a difference.
This sort of company has been working away for years because of it's product.
It is notoriously difficult to procure an alternative fuel!
Even the big boys haven't produced one that's clearly going to be the product of choice.
There is fierce competition .
We have first mover advantage!

MSC Want to try us out!
This will be happening this year.

What more can I say?
Disadvantages...of course.... we haven't it in the bag yet or it wouldn't be available under 2 pence!
Also there has been a bit of a disillusionment about the zero carbon thing lately sentiment wise.

For me, I still think it's a good risk/reward.
