Pharos Energy Takeover Rumours (PHAR)

I actually don’t but the takeover narrative and here are my reasons why: Soco International has always had this narrative as part of its story. Remember the old Soco International thread on ADVFN was called “the end game”.The takeover narrative was more likely when the Vietnam assets were producing 15,000 BOPD rather than when they are producing 4kbopd.Our entry into Egypt has made the takeover more problematic. An acquirer interested in the high FCF of Vietnam or even the exploration assets in Vietnam may not want to get involved in holding Egyptian assets where the buyer of the oil doesn’t pay their bills!I’m really not sold on this takeover story but don’t mind if it happens !
