No, I don't see that Winner. What I see is the 3 of you persisting in uncalled for personal attacks which the majority do not want to see. It's childish, futile and unedifying and is the sort of behaviour which drove a lot of the good people away.

Forwood, if you have a read over a few of your last posts , can you see why people consider you arrogant ? I’m sure you won’t think it pertinent to say so , but I think many of us on here could do with a dose of humble , you included.

“I call that interesting, but you have to be awake to the possibility. To ignore it, plain foolish. Are you a fool or are you awake?” #18369

Forwood - your words above. You will call it pedantry, but I call your comments in your previous post #18544 “(…̷0;.I did NOT say you were a fool)” either a lack of awareness of what you have previously written, or you rewriting history.

If the former, surely recognition of that from you would be appropriate and demonstrate some self-awareness? To claim you did not call him a fool is ‘technically’ correct, but in explicitly writing those words yet not admitting you inferred he is a fool, is disingenuous. Cmon, you’re a smart chap, we can see that, but show some integrity, please.

ITTW - you do write the most utter garbage. I have never denied trading my shares. The opposite in fact, especially when the evidence points to the share price falling. Perhaps it's not right for everyone, because some will be uncomfortable with the risk and may not have the technical skills to time their trades. As a strategy, one could argue either way between buy and hold v. technical trading. You've expressed boredom with the idea of trading based on the charts as a strategy, and I said that was foolish (Note I did NOT say you were a fool), as I think one should consider all the evidence, however uncomfortable. Dismissing it as similar to astrology and reading tea leaves might go down well with the gallery here but it just shows ignorance.

I've openly said I'd like to buy back cheaper, obviously - who wouldn't? But I've also said, it might not happen, that buying here is very robust and that news may came earlier than expected and I may lose out.

Whatever the charts 'tell' me, I share, whether up, down or 'I don't know' which I think was my last comment. Today's action though, provided some clarity and the daily is definitely pointing down. Shorter term indicators are a bit oversold so there may be a slight rally, as there was into the close (there often is), but the selling throughout this pm was consistent. This may have something to do with the fall in oil prices. There's some evidence to suggest the current rally is over for the time being and certainly the oil charts are off their best.

Anyway that's it for the week. Please feel free to keep 'watching me'. But please do read what I say closely.

Soggy, the VWAP of 'sells' yesterday was higher than that of the 'buys'. For me that supports the theory that the 1.2M and possibly the 155K at 79.9 were buys.

Anyone who is adept at interpreting the share price movements care to say if that 1.2m trade was a buy or a sell? Clearly it would take a while to work that trade - so, what does the share price tell us about it?

If it's a buy, nice to know someone is willing to stump up nearly GBP1m for a slice of the upcoming action. If it's a sell - could it be Farallon having a final final dump? (though they have been very orderly up til now.)

Just days left now till farmout imo Advanced stages, as per Jay and that was a few weeks back now. I personally don't expect it to go to the wire and whilst mentioning it we only really need $25 mln to do the winter drills so we could do them the results would be known by March and then the share price could be circa £1.50/£2.00 and the we could do an even less dilution. Anyway I personally doubt we (Panr) will drill Alkaid as I think we'll be sold by then just my opinion but I know that of course goes against what the company has stated as its plans but equally they are exploring potentially different partners for different assets but we'll know soon enough !

For the benefit of any new investors on this board the input from any info that both Scott and Johnswan contribute is most welcome, bearing in mind that the average investor tends to be a bit light in the in depth investigation department.

Proactive interview with Jay Cheatham, CEO of Pantheon Resources 28/9/21

I thought it may be constructive to review Jay’s interview by Proactive in much the same way as I did with the August webinar. Please find the links to the August webinar and Proactive interview immediately below:

August webinar:
Proactive interview:

1) “……Theta West, where we announced we have 12bbo Oil in Place (OIP) and 1.4bbo of contingent resource.”

2) “…..we’ve also upgraded our SMD numbers…..”

“Our pre-drill estimates, we had an image of the Shelf Margin Deltaic (SMD). After drilling we were able to image that much better with the really super high quality data that we got out of the Talitha-A well. It extended the SMD both to the northeast and the southeast. We then did our estimates of OIP for just the B zone (we have A, B and C zones) coming up with 2.6bbo OIP and just over 400mmbo of contingent resource.”

“…..part of that resource can now be developed from the Dalton Highway, which is very, very important for us.

3) “….lots of activity going on for a small team.”

4) Q. “….giving you a market cap of just over $550m. Do you think that accurately reflects the success that you’ve had drilling at Talitha-A?

A. “Last November when we raised capital our market cap was about half where it is now (November ’20 raise was priced at 31p)….so several things have happened.”

(i) “The oil price was about $40 per barrel v’s Brent at $77 this morning. Our Alaska North Slope crude (ANS) trades around parity with Brent. Just the increase in our Alkaid development would more than offset the increase in the value of the shares.”

(ii) “In addition we’ve acquired [from Otto Energy] the 10.8% Working Interest (W.I.) in our Talitha Unit which we did not have.”

(iii) “….and we have acquired [that] 65k acres of the Theta West project in January which gave us that huge OIP number for Theta West, 12bbo, and 1.4bbo contingent…”

(iv) “…and we had that great success at the Talitha-A well. Really, things couldn’t have gone better for us.”

5) Q. "You have been open about your plans this winter for drilling and [the] need for funding. Are farm out negotiations under way?

A. "Yes, farm out negotiations are under way and some of them are quite advanced, I must say."

“….we have an aggressive programme that we want to implement. We want to go back and test the Talitha-A zones that we didn’t test last winter, that’s $10-12m. We want to drill the updip portion of the Theta West fans extended by the Talitha-A well, that’s about $15-16m. And we want to drill a spring/summer development well at Alkaid for $22-23m.”

“Yep, we have a very aggressive programme. We believe we can implement it.Last year we raised our funding in late November and we were on location in mid-January so we anticipate we have plenty of time to get anything done that we want to do and be active this winter.”

6) Q. “What about a dual listing? Is this something you would consider?”

A. “Oh yes, we would consider it. We’ve talked to several of the entities about a dual listing in North America but it’s something we will entertain after this winter’s programme. We recognise that that would help our shareholders, and our share price we believe.”

7) “Well, it’s been an incredible winter, spring and summer this year. We’re super active. We’re looking at all the options for funding our winter/spring/summer programme. Look we have a team, many of us are long in the tooth and have been at this for 40 or 50 years. This really is going to be the last endeavour many of us undertake and I believe it will be the best that I've seen in my career."

Q. “You want to go out with a bang?”
A. “I do want to go out with a bang, I promise you.”

I believe that was Alkaid? I was thinking about Talitha and Theta area. If I remember correctly most of the big fields up north were drilled vertically then horizontal later during infills. Porosity & perm was so high don't believe they were massively stimulated. Costs go up exponentially when they turn the corner but shale guys have gotten quite proficient.

I believe Justin mentioned they have had contact from shale focussed companies looking to diversify their portfolios. I had thought all wells will be using long multifrac horizontals, was that not why we engaged LKA for the CPR? Apologies if I have misunderstood your terminology
