Very content to leave this conundrum with our trusted BOD and patiently wait for the outcome which I have no doubt will be in the best interests of we shareholders.

At current values a 7% dilution would give us $50 million, how much equity would we give away for a farm in for the same result, 25%?

Probably methodical. Funding first, rig contract next.

Bigdazzler2 refer to “zero-sum game”. Happy to clarify if unclear.

Exactly that was my point this game is actually less than a zero sum game buyers and losers get scalped by commissions and spread. It’s never an all win game even a takeover will result in losers.

May I invite those inclined to encourage ITTW to view his past posts, which are mostly gratuitous attacks on people who haven't attacked him. Me, ngms, scot, even the whole board have come in for his particular brand of venom and nonsensical insight.

pos - that is logically unsound and a charmless slur, precisely the kind of double standards that some of you appear happy to hold. It's all very well to say pantheon is going up but not, apparently, to point out the bleeding obvious when it is going down, and note: the majority of retail investors have been selling today (not me, incidentally) and the chart is there for anyone to see.

You've previously invited me to be open. I have been and you've used that as a stick to beat me with, and now you're claiming the moral high ground. What would you call that? Try 'invidious hypocrisy', quite unattractive. So I'm reluctant to be even more open. If these attacks are designed to stop me pointing out the highs and lows, they will not.

FWIW, during the recent fuel shortage, my wife and I went to Costco to get cheaper fuel, and we reduced our use of the car. Nothing more!

………;….Each to their own, but don’t hide behind it Forwood, be absolutely open about your approach and intent. You believe you win by someone else losing, others believe everyone can win. It’s a different outlook so don’t complain when others call you out on what they believe you are are doing………….

I think you mean COP26. COP21 was held in Paris in 2015.

There is so much rubbish written on this blog.Ugh!

However I would be interested to read comments, but only from the wiser and more knowledgeable, of the impact of the current higher crude prices on the likelihood of PANR securing financing either by way of equity or farm-in and whether the rise will improve the terms from the point of view of PANR shareholders.

The mounting (and often emotively driven, unrealistic and irrational) opposition to Oil and Gas in the run up to COP21 concerns me and of course if the price of Oil and Gas increases the financial attractions of alternative forms of energy e.g. hydrogen, wind, solar, ammonia and most importantly (in my view) SMRs - a fact not lost of the National oil companies such as in Saudi and Russia with obvious consequences. They will want to pump as much crude as possible at the highest possible prices over the next 10-20 years.

Just seeing what is there.

Have you ever said anything other than how undervalued the stock is and how it should be much higher? What is that, other than "Talk-Talk-Talkin' up your book?

Also interesting, almost 2:1 AT buys but more O sells. Seems retail holders not convinced this is going for take off yet. Hourly chart looks like it is on the turn down.

Thanks TR but found it here:

Extraordinary move on a target that was half the Friday close, when others were saying it was possibly a 10 bagger (AJ Bell) and it had just been fingered for inclusion in the ftse 100 to replace Morrisons. Perhaps it has been overhyped but bought some at 729 for the bounce.

Again, apologies for off topic but there's excitement in other places than PANR

Sold at 785.5

Mr Forwood, Peel Hunt's notes are notoriously hard to obtain. Sorry I can't help on that one.

For those who like reading tea leaves, Pantheon seems to have decisively broken out of the recent down channel. From the chart I'm looking at we could be heading to 96p in the short term

Brent moving ominously towards 2018 resistance of ~$87 resistance and given how long the market is, you'd be hard pressed to argue against a move to $100 pretty quickly after that if it breaks and holds through this level. It will be interesting to see this weeks inventories, especially as the last two have been a bit soft and we are still at $85 Brent.

What a contrast to where we were this time last year and I would be surprised (but not disappointed) if we didnt secure a farm in partner given how much cash producers are now throwing off, in addition to the risk/reward on offer here
