29/11/2005 09:34 | I'll second that. | johnrxx99
29/11/2005 08:21 | Fantastic results, really pleased with this share. It remains a star in my portfolio :-)) Leo | leopold555
29/11/2005 08:18 | Well, they say they're cautiously optimistic the current level of trading can be maintained. To me that implies maybe 8p diluted for H2 putting them on a PE of 10 for the year. Certainly good value but tha PE isn't a screaming buy versus the engineering sector. Good news on AIM though. | wjccghcc
29/11/2005 08:05 | Are punters slow or what? One weak day in the market and they sit there and watch. Forward PE below 7 and this sort of growth - buy later and higher then imo CR | cockneyrebel
29/11/2005 07:47 | Yep, terrific stuff - a cracker as well as a craker! Here's the link: 8.1p EPS in H1, plus a traditionally better H2, plus the effect of share buybacks, plus rosy prospects - I agree CR, it looks like EPS should come in at 20p+ this year, with future prospects heightened by the £15m MSI-Defence order. And no move to AIM! Hmm....£2-£2.50 here we come... | rivaldo
29/11/2005 07:12 | Great results, all sectors doing well, boosted interim difi by 15%+ and no move to AIM. PE for the year ending soon = 7 maximum. Forward PE well below 7, possibly 6 ...................a Cracker - and ISAable :-) CR | cockneyrebel
24/11/2005 15:06 | The fact that they have restated last results under IFRS suggests to me that there is now less likelihood of them going to AIM. One of the reasons for quite a few others moving recently was the fact that they will have another 2 years results (in AIM) before having to go to expense etc of IFRS since it is being applied later 'down there'. Hopefully they will clarify in the interims. | xdavid
24/11/2005 12:12 | Must be soon - this looks like a clearing of the decks to me before announcing the results. Which I'm looking forward to given the director buying... Not much in the IFRS statement on first glance other than the pension liability adjustment, which was known about anyway. | rivaldo
24/11/2005 11:50 | just the restatement of last years results under IFRS accounting. The results should be out soon then - tommorow? CR | cockneyrebel
24/11/2005 11:45 | RNS out.....lots of reading!! | tonyx
22/11/2005 15:53 | my buy of 4326 shares not shown up yet! | crapcrap
22/11/2005 12:30 | Sometime Sharescope is right, they just go by last years date | leopold555
22/11/2005 11:45 | will announce without notice imo - they seem to do that from memory. CR | cockneyrebel
22/11/2005 11:39 | Does it have to be at least 7 days notice? | johnrxx99
22/11/2005 10:30 | Yes I have sharescope and it is often wrong on dates. I always rely on the company announcements now Leo | leopold555
22/11/2005 07:49 | Nope - though last year's were 27th November, so should be only days to go... Janeann, last time I spoke to MSI they said they hadn't even started considering the AIM move, and furthermore that it was just as likely MSI would stay on the main market as that they'd move. So don't count on an AIM move happening - and even if it does you'd get the notice period plus probably at least a month's grace from your broker to transfer the shares. | rivaldo
22/11/2005 07:42 | Anyone got the date of the Interims? | graham_brown1
20/11/2005 23:22 | anyone a view on how likely the move to aim is..... at final results they said theyd give 20 days notice. thanks david | janeann
19/11/2005 21:21 | Er, CR, could you please change the heading and allow people to post/not die of bordom before you read the posts, please. | johnrxx99
19/11/2005 19:03 | yep - going mad sorry, thought I was on another thread! :-) CR | cockneyrebel
19/11/2005 18:14 | You sure CR? I make the m/cap £27m and net assets £13.8m. Still pretty good mind you, especially that £6.6m pension scheme prepayment. The £1.3m of cash spent on share buybacks last year is really looking like a great move now and will really help this year's EPS comparison... | rivaldo
19/11/2005 16:21 | Still trading below NAV too :-) CR | cockneyrebel |
