The company stated the following in the "Outlook" para above (full year results FY2005).

"The Board is committed to increasing shareholder value. With this in mind we are considering whether the AIM market would provide a more appropriate environment in which to achieve the Group's objectives and whether it would be in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders to transfer to that market. If a decision to move is made, the Board would provide shareholders with 20 business day's notice by way of an announcement."

If the company confirm this move on results day, is there any concern that those P.I.s forced to sell MSI holdings within ISAs will push the price south in the short term - not sure what %age P.I's hold in this form hence unsure as to likelihood.

results in just 13 days if on the same date as last year - going to see the pre-results punters buying soon I suspect.

If they like circa 50%+ growth on a PE of 7 that is :-)

Yet another new high today. With results only a few days away I reckon the market might get a nice surprise given the director buying, share buybacks, news flow and share price movement - and MSI is still only on a historic P/E of 12.1...

Looks like a delayed 40k trade @ 150p (made up of 4 x 10k) acounted for the 6% rise. What's it going to do when the demand really starts?

PS. Sorry, CR, but the header's just TOO long now ;-)

Cor blimey CR, thx for amending the header, but surely just the opening highlights would do?! No need for the whole RNS...

LOL CR :o))

Just a thought - why not update the header post for the moment with the latest results? It's a bit out of date and doesn't give the true impression of that single-digit P/E...

Nice bouncebackability (TM Ian Dowie I believe) - lots of strength being shown pre-interims. MSI will make 15p EPS minimum this year imo, so a price of 175p-180p for a P/E of 12 is the least I hope for this year. Though I'm hoping for a lot more than that...

Bid up on a couple of small buys.

No takers for a company growing this fast on a forward PE around about 6?

MSI market cap is a tiny £26.15m tonight with a share price of 140p.

All these sites use the historic PE - pointless imo. Best to calculate the PE yourself by either broker forecasts or by your own estimation for the year ahead based on what you know.

MSI did 6.6p eps diluted in H2 the year gone. I think you can expect 7p eps in H1 this year and 10p in H2 on the current momentum, perhaps more.

On that basis the PE on MSI is no more than 7.7 for this year and probably a forward PE of around 6 for 2006 imo

1.5% yield, around 80% earnings growth and a forward PE of 6 with directors buying shares after they have risen 200% in a year and a pension surplus rather than a deficit.

This should be trading on a forward PE of 12 at least for such growth and diversity together with the earnings record, lack of debt and share buy backs. I'm confident these will double again over 12 months.

Wait till everyone wakes up at the results - there's a lot more awareness of this company now imo.

an ADVFN competitor showed MSI a week or so ago when the share price was £1.42 a MCap of 22.757m and a PE of 9.973.
It now shows share price £1.39 with a MCap of £28.298m and PE of 12.401?
Same number of Shares in issue 19.789m, lower share price but higher MCap and higher PE.
Am I missing something here? Something to do with dilution?

Yep, looks like a new trading range has been formed just above the level of the director buys. Last year's interims were out on November 27th - not long to go :o))
