Learning Technologies Takeover Rumours (LTG)

Good Morning Folks For some reason I bought a few of these on the 25th March.......now find they are suspended..... can someone give me some idea when the takeover payment will be made....i've been a real plonker on this!

Networker, I don’t usually respond to comments however you questioning the Board’s integrity is ill informed and ignorant. Presumably you’re aware that the entire takeover process is highly regulated, including requiring the company’s Registrar to attend the EGM to independently count the votes. The RNS was released within minutes of the Registrar finally providing an accurate count of the votes. May I politely suggest you ascertain the facts before questioning people’s integrity.

I note that the shareholder vote on the takeover is about to take place. I'm minded to vote against (not that it would make any difference). Anyone else around still interested?

GA can ask the Takeover Panel for an extension providing LTG agree to it. Under these circumstances I suspect they might be inclined to, albeit reluctantly. Not long to wait.
