TERN with its holding 95% in Cryptosoft should benefit from the next Tech buzz ' Internet of Things' IOT.

Cryptosoft is protection software that can be used in coms between personal devices and M2M. Hopefully if goes to plan it may be adopted as a standard - well just possibly - hence my low initial investment of £2,000.

18/12/14 UK Govt. sets out vision to become a World Leader in Internet of Things:-

TW had another bash at IOF yesterday and some listen to him. He has no knowledge of the co (eg no mention of water hearing). His sophisticated 'evidence' was confined to 'not great at the macro level' and 'balance sheet a train wreck'.

Bit the bullet as I suspect level 2 access near term will pay for itself many times over on a few shares I follow. I sense a general turn on a few.

So who were the sellers.

Remember the point raised yesterday about MMs needing to balance the books if they take stock on loan to keep a big customer sweet.

As of last week Shore cap were down to zero so it may well have been them playing games yesterday.

WINS about halved their holding in the period, so if they had been on the offer that's why ( don't have level 2 at the mo so haven't been monitoring it)

There really isn't much to talk about re sellers other than my guess ( and it was a guess based on logic) that Rowan Dartington were the sellers.

If you recall in Q3 last year we had an aggressive buyer and I think it peaked at 66p.

That was RD and they had something like 1 mill or more shares. They have been sellers of late and in the dip to 30p period, and by mid this month it shows the holding was just 300k ish. So they are done or have a handful left.

I'll be getting level 2 now as I can see what some mm's have and it will be interesting to watch their actions, but there is no indication of any major seller left.

Did anyone note who was on the offer Friday.

As I pointed out even if Carlisle didn't turn up there came be a requirement to present evidence anyway.

While that may seem daft, the HE needs the evidence to write up his final order.

This is common stuff but folks don't take the time to read up on it.

Potentially this has worked well for some hovering investors, who just need a bit more time.

Heartwell, I think I will send this to Lance on Monday just to cross check your allegations.

Heartwell 20 Feb'15 - 19:21 - 30109 of 30125 0 3

No Iodine growth plans for 2015, 6 months late, now nearly the end of Feb.
Water depot 50/50 with the HE asking for extra time.

You've all been led up the garden tuna brine path.
Lies, Lies and damn lies.
But don't worry, Lance sold his 4.5M shares so his alright

Why would it fall, unless others expected imminent news, I thought superg had made this point many times.

Heartwell, keep using the same old chestnuts, as if you have any influence to change the share price, where have we heard that before?

Don't you remember what happened last time, it went up:

"Heartwell 26 Nov'14 - 21:44 - 27216 of 27231 2 1

Shorting to start tomorrow judging by postings from TW crew.

Could get nasty in the first 30 mins"

and the time before that:

"Heartwell 29 Sep'14 - 15:35 - 24877 of 24881 0 1

You guys should be more concerned by the next list of excuses for these plants not working. All leading to a cash call. Probably at 20p
Sell now and preserve your captial. It's going to be alot worse tomorrow morning"

And repeat.....and repeat...

See Graham, the trick is not to lead, but to be detested. Then to be detested even more by being right. There is then no way out to redemption fella...

You have still a way out. pmsl
