19/2/2015 08:31 | SuperG. Did we finally bottom out whether this hearing is in public or not? Americans tend do most things in public and if it is we should get on to social media and find a local resident who we could pay to go along and keep tweeting us on progress. I am happy to be in for 50p. Even if the adjudicator takes their time to issue a judgement, the general tone of the debate will be a good indicator of the way it is likely to go. On a more serious note, it may be worth tapping up your IOF contacts who will be there to get a general feel of how it went. | ridicule

19/2/2015 07:44 | I think Iof should have flown you over to represent them today SG. Who needs ex water court judges?? | tim3416
19/2/2015 07:34 | And the reason why they have that 50% rule. Easy they have no standard set for oil services use, and that's why there are a number of dodgy permits out there as they have no guidance on what to do or a standard set. So with that in mind how can a legal decision be made for a standard and ruling that doesn't exist. The department will use the following standards when reviewing notices or applications for new uses of water: (a) for domestic use, for one household, 1.0 acre-foot per year of water for year-round use; (b) for lawn, garden, shrubbery, and shelterbelts, 2.5 acre-feet per acre per year; (c) for stockwater, a consumptive use of 15 gallons per day or .017 acre-foot per year per animal unit. Animal unit equivalencies for water consumption are set out in ARM 36.12.101 and the water conversion table, Form No. 615; (d) fire protection water needs shall be determined by the type of equipment used, diversion rate, the size of the area to be covered, the frequency of the water use and must be explained and documented. (e) For irrigation, the following table applies: Irrigation Standards | superg1
19/2/2015 07:25 | Big day today then boys? | cyberbub
19/2/2015 01:15 | Hey Graham, if you honestly think I've been following this saga as closely as you think I have? LOL I've got better things to do. btw I'm no longer interested in QFI, can you or anyone else suggest another stock I should look at? Must be at least £300m with a target of knocking £200m off. Must be a busy forum, hundreds of posters, no death threats ;) | arlington chetwynd talbot
18/2/2015 20:53 | Is there anything about lying, misleading and fraudulent behaviour in there Graham? As that would fit in well on these BB's also :-) | arlington chetwynd talbot
18/2/2015 19:30 | Super I have to say 30/40p is not a nice price for those like myself sitting on a capital loss but hopefully it will move on from here :) | meb123
18/2/2015 18:55 | O/T, If anyone gets over there the 'going to the sun road' in Glacier National Park is stunning. | serratia
18/2/2015 17:53 | I believe IOF have planned ahead. | superg1
18/2/2015 16:51 | Out of interest, can we assume that the Iofina shareholders have someone on the end of the phone in the hearing to inform of whether the old guy turned up? | woolybanana
18/2/2015 16:19 | Yes fascinating place Montana. If the local pub quiz includes questions on the breeding problems for the Pallid sturgeon in the wild, then I'll be a useful team member. | superg1
18/2/2015 15:50 | The Encyclopedia Montanica strikes again | chumbo
18/2/2015 14:32 | Chumbo I am swimming in digital documents and notes. If the muppets weren't about on these BB's I wouldn't bother so much but hey ho it gives them something to do trying to trash everything. Give up just isn't in my nature (oh erm that's not entirely true, but that is more to do with a particular species) | superg1
18/2/2015 14:04 | rid You have to have a churn, far better here waiting for a result than EG 80p or higher. Much more room to jump are far less distance to fall. The water side isn't critical, but it potentially moves IOF through the gears if they get it. 30/40p imo is a very nice price for iodine alone. | superg1 |
