The 'C' column will contain a 'C' if there are any bargain conditions on the trade.
Have a look at trades on iof a few c trades.

The hearing should just about be starting, 10am their time. There must be at least one person in the room who will look to benefit from early news. Watch out for the next movement in share price..............This will tell us the result.

Very wise to be cautious and patience here I hope will pay off not just the water but the iodine business itself over the coming months!!

I take your point SG, but I tend to err on the side of a quick position being taken by the HE. Remember, this hearing, unlike the initial one, is confirming whether the Water Authority made the right decision in making the initial award to IOF. From this perspective it the Authority, rather than IOF, justifying their position and I suspect this will have been done by them in writing to the HE before today's hearing. The points that the IOF counsel makes should be reinforcing the Authority's position and your outstanding research leads me to see it as an open and shut case.

No Idea Joe. I'm just thinking about how long I sit in A and E as the only patient watching the Drs and nurses chatting. What's going on behind the scenes is unknown to me.

I doubt the HE position is a full time job, so it depends how busy he is beofre he can write it up I suppose.

Hence I've tried to contribute in making the decision process simple.

If you can hand him a piece of paper with the answer he needs, it makes it easy for him.

You don't know what you don't know.

The ladies having the email exchange may recall the service area they agreed, but I doubt the rest of the bureau, IOF, Carlisle or the hearing examiner have the slightest clue it exists.

It can be dealt with in seconds now on that point.

super. if what you have uncovered shows he doesn't have a leg to stand on, why would outcome take weeks? thks!!

They do have codes, but the easiest way is to watch for irritable posters demanding news then you know one is due.

T trades are fine, uncovered ones are not.

EG a T 20 gives 17 days of credit as the settlement has to be 3 days before the end. No worries for the early 30's buyers in those circs and they have probably cashed in anyway, or are comfortable at the moment.

Hence my repeated posts on news about a hearing outcome could take weeks. In other words don't bet with a position you can't cover hoping for news.

If anyone is uncovered in the 40's then they will get twitchy if days drag on without news.

Obviously there are other matters IOF can report on.

Very amusing Graham, remember it's not the quantity, it's the quality ;)
And yes, it was better then, nostalgia will grow on you also with the passing of time.
Anyway Graham, you got any overvalued stocks for me? Apart from this one?

Od

You talking uncovered T trades we'll soon see who has them if news doesn't come within their desired time frames.

Yes, nice and mellow at the moment, and that side of that noise only appears if it drops. They aren't short, they just like winding folk up that will bite.
