I reckon we had a big seller the past few days cos there were so many buys but no movement in share price Looks like seller is done and now moving up.

Ok, so UBS adding on Friday, nice to see. Gives some confidence that there is a deal there to be done if the price can agreed. I am surprised there isnt more buying from retail punters

Sporazene - apologies - you are correct! so need to add UBS to the big holders which makes it even more likely that a deal will be decisded by the big six investors who hold over 70% of the shares

Stobart has until March 28th to declare their hand. The deal makers will be active in talking to all parties.

I don't expect any further news until required - but look out for the Form 8.3 notifications as we go along.

Pattern seems to be: drop the bid price in the morning and keep the ask where it closed.

Thanks Phillis, I was thinking of Directors having to estimate the carrying value but with quoted investments going in at market value, the loss will have been recognised and any uplift on current value will be a profit in the current year. Thanks again

so, dreyfus declaring a 2.5% holiday earlier today and a chunky 228K trade just gone through. simmering away nicely. Will be interesting to see the after hours trades shortly

Wizz air are a 3.7 billion company 1.6 bn turnover 280 miilion pa profits !They could increase the turnover by 50 percent for just over 6 months profits . How much. Ash have they spare ? Surely flybe with 800 million turnover have to be worth at least 150 million ?What's the full year profit forecast again ?Sicknote
