Comdirect are talking rubbish. They must be selling you the American shares rather than the AIM listed version or they just don't understand what a dual listed stock is.

Will have to watch from first thing then.

Would have preffered to have the time to do more research. Certainly looks promising but can't work out the likely rise in share price before any contracts signed.

Took some profit from another holding but spent it elsewhere today.

-Think I make take some more and do the same with this one tomorrow. At least I haven't missed the boat yet!

duden1 - I am with Halifax and I couldn't buy this morning either but I spoke to them and they said it is fine and now I have got them - call comdirect and shout at them and it will be fine

I just tried to buy through Comdirect and found that you need to sign up a form to give you clearance to buy what is apparently an American share. I thought you were OK buying the CDT rather than the CDTI dollar version - but no!
Been watching these for a bit since an early chart alert on my Metastock system.
Thought it would have fizzled out by now, but there has been a more sustained rise than I expected.

I just discovered that when my broker purchased these shares the other day, they also purchased beyond my credit limit. They did not reduce the number of shares purchased because of the higher price.

Director's Shareholding


STAMFORD, CT (14 June 2005) ... Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. (CDT) (EBB:CDTI
& AIM:CDT/CDTS), a developer of chemical and technological solutions to reduce
harmful engine emissions, today announces that 27,179 common shares have been
issued to Derek Gray, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, in lieu of his
director's fee for the January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2004 period. As a
result, Derek Gray is interested in 442,313 common shares representing 2.6
percentage of the issued share capital of the Company.
