It's UK listed, so unless you are buying the US stock, I can't see why you have to fill a usa share form.

Not many investors like buying such volatile stock and certainly not in large quantities. That does not mean the company is not performing, it's just an investor thing.

These shares are VERY difficult to get, I placed a small order, just over £1k for 85p and ended up paying 105p!

They move on almost every trade.

Just seen it, not sure how I missed it, maybe my brain was in auto-filter mode, although it's not normally for SC.

Found this maestro, somehow missed it last night-

From RNS 9/6/2005

"The Company has an agreement with Mitsui to purchase its catalyzed wire mesh
filter technology. This gives Clean Diesel a complete suite of technologies
ranging from 25 percent reduction to up to 99% of diesel particulates."

Haven't quite made my mind up yet though.......may wait until tomorrow for Tuesday.

Gentlemen,

I draw the attention of those who are new to CDT to the fact that there is hardly ever any volume in CDT. I do not know why this is so. Certainly, the management never sell.

Whenever I touch base with the company (my family has been there since the flotation at c. 140p in November 1991, I think), they cheerfully assert that all is coming along.

If so, these shares at less than 140p are cheap.
