Sotolo, the combination is normally used when calculating capex. If you don't sell the cash element reduces the cost price of the Anglo shares

Anyone know how the cash element is treated for CGT outside the ISA? Does the Centamin purchase price plus the Anglo cash become the Anglo purchase price when you later sell for cgt?? I have asked Centamin but they haven’t replied…..
