17/7/2024 12:14 | Yep, good to see and hopefully we don't see one :), just stating the obvious, all buys and no share price appreciation. Yep, Zeus in play and ax well as broker coverage, hopefully some well needed PR following great news ?https://zeuscapital | ![]() xclusive2
17/7/2024 11:55 | I think encouraging no retrace already. If Zeus have been on boarded they must have promised to do a research note which won't be negative! Add that to the list of good news as well?!! | ![]() maxim1999
17/7/2024 11:51 | 600k buys, 130k sells and ask strengthened so we have seller(s) in background as the share price should've moved north this am. In the immediate term, any sellers will be hoping for a poor 803 result giving them the opportunity to by back cheaper. The longer we wait, there's more likelihood of that so the fix is, release good news and soon :)We would have had some interest to hot money on last 2 days so will be interesting how long any of that money stays in but volumes weren't super high so any retrace will be short lived as buying starts again. We have to break this cycle and good news first that and as posted many times, there is loads of material news coming our way. Hopefully I'm wrong and no retrace. | ![]() xclusive2
17/7/2024 10:56 | No invite for tea & biscuits yet! GM STILL NEEDED TO SIGN OFF Remuneration Committee Report 'However starting in 2020 the COVID impact on the Group's finances required the Directors to accept reductions of up to 75% of contracted salary which continues to be case. Agreement has been reached to begin to relax the salary reductions as the Group's funding position improves with the first relaxation expected in Q3 2024' Anticipating positive 803 news before publishing RNS announcing date to hold GM to get shareholders to sign off RCR? 17/7/2024 10:06 | Absolutely bring it on! Pitched 1p below Kuats target from years ago ;-) I like AI #casp42 | ![]() the new norm
17/7/2024 09:53 | according to AI at an EPS of 0.027 ($50m (est rev) / shares outstanding) it should be around 15 times (based on industry average) giving us 41 pence a share, that will do for starters. | ![]() jostrummer
17/7/2024 09:48 | Thanks Joe. You need to edit links to replace lowercase 'tt' with uppercase i.e. hTTps for them to work on here: | ![]() bluemango
17/7/2024 09:38 | Hi Jo I always like to embrace new technologies, it's our future! Does AI have a view on where the share price will be at the end of H2 24? ;-) | ![]() the new norm

17/7/2024 07:48 | There is a recent classic example of 'Carverspeak' relating to well 142 in FYA23 when compared against RNS 16 Feb 2024. Third interval tested and flowing at 160 bopd Third interval not tested until after the outcome of shallow possible sale negotiations is known Obviously you can call a 3 day flow test 'a test' but until you have carried out a 30 day or a 90 day flow test it may not actually meet the accounting definition of a flow test. The 160 bopd that flowed in the Feb test did not last long enough to be regarded a flow test for the audited accounts statement I think it is positive sign that Clive is taking his time over telling us about flow or not at the 803 15m interval as the definition of the the word 'test' becomes more sticky the longer you collect the test data Tick tock tock boom boom #casp ;-) | ![]() the new norm
16/7/2024 22:33 | 23465 Yes Jo good point about possible farm in for A5, it did flow at 3000 bopd They say in Accounts that the decision has been made to drill a side track at this well subject to rig availability in due course Do you think the 'partner' they are looking for on well 802 might also be used on A5 or will it be more likely to be two separate business agreements? Yet another potential game changing outcome to add to the H2 list with 6000 bopd potentially on the table to negotiate with, that converts to serious $$$ pa even on a 50:50 farm out basis All this potential upside will take potential new investors some time to digest Maybe an update on 803 tomorrow or Thursday? | ![]() the new norm
16/7/2024 15:56 | I hope they do :-) The 20ps for CC and KO have an added dilemma for them! Whilst the Cash Based Incentive Scheme is in place neither one of them can be granted any further share options I suspect they will have their lawyers reviewing the incentive agreement to see if extending the 20ps option by additional time constitutes the granting of new options under the spirit of the scheme? I guess we will see an RNS before 21st August 2024 advising that the 20ps options have been extended for at least 12 months ;-) I'm such a cynic! | ![]() the new norm

16/7/2024 13:21 | Financial and Operational Highlights: Financial Performance: EBITDA: Increased to $18.1 million in 2023 from $15.7 million in 2022. Profit After Tax: $11.1 million in 2023, up from $10.0 million in 2022. Gross Assets: Increased to $134.9 million from $117.7 million in 2022. Production Updates: Well 155: Producing around 700 bopd. Well 803: Significant oil detection over a 60-meter interval, with promising testing results over a 15-meter interval. Total Production: Approximately 2,300 bopd, with the potential to increase substantially with the successful completion of Well 803 and new wells at Block 8 and West Shalva. Strategic Developments: Acquisition of West Shalva: Production expected soon. Conditional Sale of MJF and South Yelemes: Could generate $83 million. Caspian Explorer Charter: Expected to generate significant revenue. Market Sentiment and Predictions: Positive News Flow: The consistent positive news regarding operational progress and strategic acquisitions can drive investor confidence. Expected increased production from new wells and the West Shalva area can further bolster market sentiment. Potential Market Cap and Stock Price Increase: If the additional production capacities and financial improvements are realized, Caspian Sunrise's market cap could significantly increase. Given the current market cap of approximately $95.5 million, even a conservative estimate suggests the potential for substantial appreciation. | ![]() david56920
16/7/2024 13:09 | Hi R Ask me again at the end of H2 and I'll give you my best guesstimate of an upper target price! They could deliver on everything and really surprise the market ;-) | ![]() the new norm
16/7/2024 13:07 | In for eventual buyout, hopefully above 30p, waiting as long as it takes, whether that's a year, two years, whatever. Seven figure holding. | ![]() bluemango
16/7/2024 13:02 | Haven't posted here for ages. Been invested now a couple of years. Back in profit after some trubulent times. I wanted to ask everyone on here what is their target price to sell. 10p? 23p? or does anyone think it could go higher? If so, how high? Are people waiting for a buyout? | ![]() ravinella1988
16/7/2024 12:02 | Nn, missed your point on appraisal licence. Yep, any oil produced sold domestically, ideally to the lucrative to the mini refineries although I suspect it will be 50:50 with local market. If, and it is an if, 803 flows commercially at 1000 bopd, that means 3300 bopd with B8 to come before the other deep projects. Although new interval at 803 was unexpected, it's a game changer as it will be the catalyst to really kicking things off. About time we got lucky . | ![]() xclusive2
16/7/2024 11:50 | Clive's summary below. You can probably add in cash receipt from CE deal and maybe a windfall divi if they sell shallows.Nn, re next GM, I suspect it may cover more than accounts but other matters like shallows sake, mining acquisition are further down the line.Silly spreads today but our 500k seller was in from early doors and took 4.5p ish. Current market @4.7-4.9p but ask is stronger so I suspect there's more offloading, probably from those who are betting on 803 failing from this zone. If it does, they drill on and those with appetite for cheaper stock maybe fortunate but wouldn't it be nice to see that great announcement, glowing at 1000bood for 2 weeks at x choke and 38api oil ;). Nothing guaranteed unfortunately but we're lucky to have loads on the go to keep things boiling . Q3 2024· Licence renewal at Block 8· Caspian Explorer charter completed· Confirmation of C1 style reserves for the Yelemes Deep structure at BNG· Award of licence extension for BNG's Airshagyl & Yelemes Deep structures· Production commences from Block 8 from existing wells· Testing new well at Block 8· First well drilled at West Shalva· Acquisition of a G70 rig | ![]() xclusive2
