Last year they issued RNS at 7am advising publication of audited accounts

Then same day published an RNS at 7.30am to advise restoration back on AIM

First para of this year's accounts RNS says expects suspension to be lifted today 15th July

Look out for an intra day Restoration RNS?

negative views often accompanied by suggestions of trading, as though trading is a bad thing.

Same old same for me I'm afraid, ultimately it's all about the deeps, and we're left hanging which is never a good sign for Casp.

unfortunately that's casp for you.

lots of promise but little delivered.

the reporting as dire as always, on matters like:

- shallows sale renegotiation yes/no and what's included or not included eg. 155
- 803 test flow rates not given, makes one think they've messed up another well
- the real timescale for b8 completion (to enable testing of completed wells) other than repeating the word 'imminent'

...and on and on.

suspension not lifted contrary to statement on friday. can it happen later today? what's the point anyway, might as well stay suspended until some good news available.

and of course the dreaded 'going concern' - cash constraints continue and it seems like they are desparate for sale of shallows at £83m (net £68m) to go through even though it seems like firesale prices but they need the cash.

155 a bright spot but cant see anything else.

I'm happy to see trading resume tomorrow. Gives more time to read the accounts properly. This is going north and is a raving buy at this level.We will see selling which will depress any major move unless we get positive updates on 803 which obviously sends this flying. Gives an opportunity out for those who believe it's going north, to fill their boots.

K,H2 will see m/cap and share price growth. Never seen them so bullish and events in H2 should facilitate the exit of many long term holders. Et al, They've applied for the licence extension on BNG for an additional 2 years before production licence. That's good news as it enables them to conclude matters on both blocks ie Airshagyl and NY.I've asked the question as to resumption of trading, hopefully today or maybe they release 803 update before return ? I think that's wishful thinking

Zeus Capital will no doubt provide their maiden detailed report on CASP ìn short order, should make very interesting reading on the Group's various businesses going forward and a few guesstimates on a target share price ;-)

no clarification on whether 155 is or is not included in the proposed $83m sale of shallow assets, nor whether re-negotiation can/will be undertaken.

no flow info for 803 tests.

mention (again) of monies already received for current ce contract but no figure given.

all the outstanding items prior to suspension still outstanding.

going concern statement.

does not look like suspension lifted today.

MMs probably working on order book this morning so might take some time to open, even then it will be a stop/start kinda day, demand likely to be high after suspension lifted

No surprises in Audited Accounts after first read through

Like very positive comment on new trading company business definitely an area for substantial growth in future years

EPS after tax $0.0047

With income from CE hire and increased oil production from 155 and hopefully 815 FY24 should achieve $0.0125 EPS a whooping 166% increase in earnings

This of course ignores 803, B8 and WS

All in all a very exciting H2 24 ahead

Free float <200m shares

Deeps flowing at commercial rates

More contracts for the barge

Sale of shallows significantly above current offer figure

Huge reserve upgrades on bng, b8 and ws

Farm ins

Mineral Co acquisition

More rig purchases

Start trading other Co s oil and mineral production

Special dividends and share buy backs

I'm very greedy X I want all of the above delivered before I sell a single share ;-)
