04/5/2020 14:51 | Topped up a bit today at 229p and managed to move my break even down from 341p to 327p. A special div in Q4 would be just the job. GLA Neophytos. | ![]() neophytos
04/5/2020 14:43 | No point moaning about the Aviva board members- message your broker to vote against the board being re-appointed on your behalf..... If a few get kicked off, thats when you will see a big movement in the s/p. otherwise they will continue to underperform against L@G | ![]() igoe104

04/5/2020 14:37 | Yep was wondering myself, especially after the positive write up this weekend, highlighting the value and backing up what had been said on here. Bought back my position in two lots today at an all in cost of 231.62p and thought I had done well. Anyway Aviva is a share where time and not timing is important, especially at these levels. 04/5/2020 12:10 | Linton It’s a tax efficient way of giving money back to shareholders with the added benefit increases PE. I’ve seen it not work for many companies including Kingfisher. But work for Microsoft . I’d rather have dividend too but not in a position to complain | ![]() whatsup32
04/5/2020 11:34 | Brucie5 BANC is the ticker for Banco Santander. If you click on to Morningstar and put in the slot at the top marked 'search' BANC and then when a list shows, click on to Banco Santander LSE, you will get a running price (15 minutes delayed) and a host of other data by clicking on to various tabs.ALL for free. If you click on to the chart tab and when it comes up click on to '10 year' at the bottom of the display, you will get a chart displaying the price for the last 10 years. Hope this helps. I am knocking on in years now and having been a modest investor for 30+ years and used iDealing.com for the past circa 11 years(?), I sold my last two holdings closed my account before the virus erupted and put the money into Premium Bonds. That said I still regularly check the UK stock market to keep myself occupied and at the same time do some research for my son who is an active investor. | ![]() azalea
04/5/2020 10:46 | azalea 4 May '20 - 09:34 - 25279 of 25279 BANC at currently circa 174p to buy, is approaching a 10 year low. Amongst 13 recc in a list by Morningstar a couple of weeks ago,as having strong financial health. DYOR -------------------- Sorry for my ignorance, but what is BANC? Doesn't seem to be a listing on the LSE. Re. AV., I hold these in an income folio (lols) but haven't sold and don't intend to, unless I hear new news around their COVID exposure. Seems to me an analogous share to MCRO in another sector, where I have actually added. Both could pay a handsome dividend, and I believe will do so again. | ![]() brucie5
