Cheers #Deacon, thank you. I will catch-up later on the recording, I guess I am most interested in the insights you, LLB and other informed regular contributors on here pick-up. 👍🏻

From past experience of these 'investor meet company ' webinars the recording is available almost immediately after the meeting. Usefully, the Q&A is recorded and individually timestamped too. I'll do my best to listen in and will of course feed back here.

Interview with Brazilian Nickel: https://youtu.be/bBeXQ4J-o6wSmaller scale production from mid next year, followed by a ramp up to full production. Interesting they're looking at further nickel projects now too.

06.12.2021 - Pasofino update that the Dugbe Gold project is now fully funded to DFS in Q2-2022 by a private placing with ESAN.

Established in 1978, Esan Eczacibasi Endustriyel Hammaddeler Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ESAN is the world's largest producer of sodium feldspar, Europe's leading producer of industrial minerals, and Turkeys foremost industrial mineral and metallic mineral producer and exporter.

ESANs mission is to explore, process and add value to natural resources in a responsible manner towards people, the environment and the future of the world, and to offer these products globally. ESAN currently operates 40 quarries and nine processing plants that collectively produce 3.5 million tons of high-quality raw materials, including feldspar, quartz, kaolin, ball clay; 135,000 tons of zinc, lead concentrate, and, since 2020, copper concentrate and gold ingots..

Cobalt heading up again, 70,000 per tonne the next milestone coming up fast.. :o)

#Sporazene2, on Copper, Candente updated 09.09.2021 the PEA for Canariaco Norte was due 12 weeks from then, so about next week or so, and as this inches forward we can start to understand the scale of income due from our 0.5% NSR..

The scope of work will include cost-effective mining, process plant and infrastructure design concepts, as well as managing the overall NI 43-101 PEA to drive value-adding initiatives across the entire project, meeting Candente Copper’s ESG vision, Ausenco has a deep understanding of the spectrum of activities that need to be executed through the PEA as well as the subsequent phases, to reduce risk and ensure a seamless and expedited advancement of the project, the 2011 PFS came back with:

260M lbs Cu per year | USD6M income a year
39,000 oz Au per year | USD350K
911,000 oz Ag per year | USD 130K

Canariaco is a large-scale copper project which includes the Canariaco Norte deposit, the Canariaco Sur deposit and Quebrada Verde prospect, so the above numbers are just for 1 of 3 deposits and the PEA due will be very interesting indeed..

Interesting for JT, given that Audley were a minority shareholder in Mantos and Capstone were valued at $1.8b, with the enlarged group valued at $3b. This values Audley's 4% stake in Mantos at ~$50m; certainly another reason for JT to leave APF and I would be surprised if he doesnt make in onto the Capstone board as a NED, given the other founder of Audley is the new CEO!

I have also seen a connection from Audley to PXC via Harry Kenyon-Slaney. PXC seem to have a range of projects that we could help with.

I think M+A is going to pick up in the copper producer sector given the supply/demand picture and the lack of new mines coming online in the near term. I have a large holding in ATYM and will be taking a deeper look into the metrics of the mantos deal as it will provide a use read across to the valuation of ATYM, not that I need another data point to know that it is undervalued...

Agree on additional copper exposure. I know JT mentioned lithium, but I think that's likely a long way off given how far prices have run and how well cashed up lithium companies are right now. I'm fond of TRR's lithium royalty over Thacker Pass.. Something along those lines would be an excellent addition to APF's portfolio, but time will tell. JT's comments on near term figures surprising the market were very encouraging (though not unexpected by us here)

Another positive move there #Cocopops, Mantos are already upscaling their plant from 4MTPA to 7MTPA, and with another move to 10MTPA pending, which now has even stronger potential to be pushed on by the merger and growth opportunities it brings with it..

Producing Copper royalties would be very expensive to buy right now, but our 1.525% NSR income will just get bigger as the tonnages go up at the Mantos mine.. :o)

Just seen the APF tweet about the Capstone Mantos merger. I know we have a 1.525% NSR with Mantos … do you think this is a prelude to further investment? I know we are really keen on investing in a Lithium stream but more copper would be excellent too.

nice update, good to see that debt reduction is taking place and they are also looking at producing royalties. I feel as though we are still one producing royalty away from mitigating the impact of Kestrel, even with what we have coming on stream over the next couple of years.

agree with you LLB on expectations for this year. It will be interesting to see where they get to with the new CEO; I think it's reasonable to expect the announcement sometime in Q1, ideally with the ops update.

Cobalt up another 1000 overnight, the forecast for the stream for this year was USD 13-16M, we were on 10M income with 6M added in Q3 so it looks likely to exceed (less the cost of sales)..USD 70-75M income would be a reasonable expectation for the FY update in January..

JT on form and very bullish about Q4 and next year and no further exit from coal … using the income to reduce debt and for investments… lithium if deal can be struck at the right price.

#Sporazene2, from a TA slant I see the next share price breakout round the corner, it started last week on my chart but got derailed on Omicron Friday, so we will have to wait and see which way it goes next, but coupled to the fundamentals of a very strong income year coming to a close, and our portfolio shift further towards clean metals the timing looks good for a breakout..

Cobalt is WITHOUT substitute in steel making, and for high energy density batteries so I do not see any threat from alternatives any time soon, and we most likely have decade or longer before hydrogen cell use grows into anything like a competitor..

Onward and upward, and another 3.75p final dividend in the pipeline (tbc) from what looks to be heading towards USD75M income.. :o)

#LLB - good to see and given sentiment appears to have shifted overnight wrt to this covid variant, I think we could now see a break out of this 125-132p range that we have been in for 2-3 weeks.

Cobalt up USD2,500 a tonne overnight .., and through 65,000 now, with our 2nd royalty about to start adding token income in 2022 from PNP1000 before scaling up...5 weeks to FY close on what has the makings of a very strong year for us here..

Yesterday Nissan announced it was going to spend US$ 17.6 Billions over the next 5 years developing solid state batteries that won't use cobalt

Most other Japanese and large motor manufacturers making EV's are doing the same thing

#LLB Great mind and all that … I was musing over what the final dividend might be! I’m still trying to get my head round whether a significant year-end divi will be paid, given the need to reduce the debt and finance the upcoming investment down-payments even though I know we will have the Narrabri money incoming at some point. Somewhere in the dim and distant past I remember a payout ratio of 65% quoted as the strategic ambition. Without the other encumbrances I mentioned above 3.75p is probably light but it’s difficult to see the woods from the trees atm. I guess it also might depend upon the views of the new CEO?

Hochschild Mining PLC ("Hochschild" or the "Company") (LSE: HOC) (OTCQX: HCHDF) welcomes the announcement issued yesterday from the Presidency of the Council of Ministers clarifying reported statements made by the Head of Cabinet on Friday 19 November. In particular, the Company notes the government's commitment to upholding the rule of law and that its express recognition of the continued rights of mining companies to request extensions and modifications of existing permits for mining and exploration activities.

In line with the announcement, the Company's operations in southern Ayacucho, Pallancata and Inmaculada will continue to operate under the existing legal framework..

Not allowing mining extensions would be a real own goal for employment and tax revenues for Peru, so all is well for us at Canariaco as this early stage project moves forward... :o)

XD today and another 1 in the pot, 1.75p in Feb, and a 3.75p FY dividend looks a given from what could be a USD75M income year...
