It will do if the Dems sweep.

They will make the wife's spending patterns look like an amateur.

No doubt MMT will appear as well.

Those 107p buys are looking like easy money now Matt with Q3 production numbers next week.

I also topped up my silver stack with 75 Britannias at under £24 a coin. :)

I have just done an initial update of the competition and it looks like there will be some changes at the top due to the drop in DDDD.

I have been waiting for 8 weeks in the comp for RBW news and expecting it to at least triple but it is flat week on week. This one is going in the draw and I will forget it. I still believe it has the potential to multibag from here but when who knows. PRE (its competition) has tripled in this 8 weeks and went up 13% yesterday, 10% today on no news and is now valued at more then ten times RBW. How frustrating!!!

Anyway that means I will be picking a new share for next week and will stick with it for a few weeks. It is BUR (thanks mf) as it has been going up consistently and in one week (Monday 19th) it will list in the US, so expect buying beforehand and buying afterwards.

GAN listed fairly recently in the US and it almost doubled in a month, so go on BUR you know you can. I googled US investors and 55% of US adults buy shares, that has to be around 100M people who will have the opportunity to buy BUR from the 19th. Surely that has to create some buying pressure and we know the US loves its litigation.

Results will be posted in the evening :)

Donald I thought you choose it this week, my error good to hear you have a good stack on it. For me its not that big but getting bigger by the day, again thanks for the tip. Re MANO the big upside I see is CV19 insolvencies that will be piling up soon, HMRC is a big customer of theirs.

New podcast out later by the way, on Apple and Amazon as well as Buzzsprout. Donald and Davie's trading podcast. Be careful if you go onto amazon and type in Donald and Dave though as it is the title of an erotic novel involving unexpected "DP".

Should have picked BUR this week too, fortunately it's my second biggest holding in real life.MANO is a bit different. I've not looked into it but their focus on insolvency should mean that they are both lower risk and probably lower potential gain than BUR. it comes as no surprise that TW is involved, there seems to be a common pattern among a number of high profile people that they assist each other, directly or indirectly.

Meanwhile in sunny Moscow NK peace talks are starting, it appears that the NK army has finally held a defensive line so Azeris willing to talk. I cannot see what the Azeris would accept mind you apart from Armenians getting out of NK and the occupied territories around it. From the Armenian side they want a deal apparently.
Now looking at a map, see the one here hxxps://www.aljazeera.com/news/2020/10/9/moscow-hosts-talks-to-resolve-nagorno-karabakh-crisis-live-news, you will see a very easy swap deal so make the both countries borders a bit easier and more logical. The swap would be NK for Nakchivan. I think that is the deal Armenia want as they dont really care about their citizens in NK all they want is something for NK before they lose it as Big Brother Putin is not going to back them on this one and long term in this battle NK will fall with Turkey backing Azeris.
Problem is for AAZ holders is Ordubad is in Nakchivan. I could be wide of the mark but to me it looks like that is about the only thing Armenia could possibly want from the Azeris just now as NK will be falling whether they like it or not so best to trade it away off course the Azeris have to agree to this which would not be likely if they think they can take NK anyway. All depends on results on the battlefield going forward I suggest as I dont see this round of talks working unless NK troops are doing more damage than it appears to the Azeris.

bonio, two wrongs don't make a right. I'm not interested in the historical wrongs and rights of Turkey, Iran, and Georgia where various tribes have lived together for a very long time. The simple matter in the current situation is that Armenia invaded and occupied a large area of Azerbaijan, and drove out 800,000 or more Azeri's. The UN ruled(and all still agree) that Armenia was illegally occupying Azeri land, and has continued to do so for 27 years, whilst displacing the native people and happily destroying things held dear by the Azeri's. ie, behaving like a conqueror.

Why it has taken this long for the matter to come to the boil again I don't know. But there has been a change of regime in Armenia about 2 years ago, and the population of Azerbaijan has been protesting that their government should right the wrongs done to the previous generation. Perhaps the children of the dispossessed want their land and homes back from the opportunist Armenia?

I doubt the major international community would be too bothered, except for the ambitions of Turkey and Iran, and the prospect of yet another backyard for jihadi extremism to flourish.

With any luck Putin will lay down the law to Armenia, Azerbaijan will behave graciously and make some concessions, and both sides will have something to save face with their home populations. Then our amazing mining company can operate without the prospect of a passing Armenian missile or two dropping in for tea.

No but I am pleased that you got into ESGB, just a sleeper in my portfolio but risen very nicely over the last 9 months and a lot more to come imo. I bought a few BLU as Nic Slater bought a chunk and he is now a major shareholder. It's not my area of expertise hence the fund purchase. I just remembered I mentioned it to you and hoped you had bought as its done well. I actually bought another hundred today at 2898.

KS I did tip it at 6p, and all the way up repeatedly :0). Glad you got a nice rise on it. Always been my favourite of the pharma sector shares I have as its picks and shovels.
Edit
another picks and shovels to look at is MXCT I think that one long term is going to be big due to it getting revenues from anything the companies develop with their gene editing machine that they sell them, how good is that for a business model? Sell a machine then profit from the product someone else makes from it!

I bought ESGB and it has ticked up about 15% for me, thanks for that one, I like it as its a fund so dont need to worry too much about it.
I bought some GMR at 17p and sold out later for at 18p now off course at 25p but I felt I was taking on too many shares at the time and needed to stay focused a bit on others.
Had a sniff the other day at BLU when a company they had a lot of shares in were IPOing but I realized I missed the rise on the news so did not buy, it fell so got that one right lol
Apart from that I have been quiet in that space. Got an interesting one?

ORPH going great guns, steady away rather than big daily moves as well. ODX recovering today, what a game it is with these pharmas. I have just had a small fun punt at VAL at 23.2 so see where that goes over the next few weeks.
