In the current circumstances I rather suspect that any good news will be lost in the noise. If it's thought this war will soon be over, it might be best to wait until it is, before bringing attention to the mine.

Also the down dip potential of Gadir u/g looks more than promising, jorc news imminent for Gadir...

2Sp yes was in at 30 down to 5 and then averaged down and traded a few times up to 30p. Held ever since.

So this really owes me nothing and I can rest easy and wait and of course read all the posts on here.

I understand other frustrations but I get the feel it is building a head of steam operationally. And cherry on the top will be a special divi.

Morning Wan will be watching 4d this morning didn't top up yesterday lucky i was out or would've bought in the 130 region, I got stopped out at 121month or so ago but bought back half my holding the following day at 115 so in the red for now.
DDDD will turn it round lots of news to come.

as for 4D, a lot of leverage, over weight positions, weaker hands, short term traders and so on will have now gotten out of their positions, any shorts will start to close I guess and the share price will no doubt find a new level from which to build upon once again.... long term 4D are building a whole new arena of medical treatments, which will take time and it will have successes and failures along the way,,,,, not that I see the recent results as a failure, just not the spectacular success most had hoped for I guess,,, fingers crossed and GL to all us holders...

AAZ - no RNS today,,, to me, that's good, just keep your heads down boys and keep producing and many thanx from me/all for doing so under such circumstances... :-)

Talks tomorrow and Monday can't do any harm one would hope,,,, but, I still believe AZER wants this resolved once and for all (if there is such a thing) and will not back down from regaining control of its territories....

and as Putin said, the fighting right now is not on ARM soil,,, so I feel he's not inclined to get his troops involved provided that remains the case,,,,

AZER doesn't want to invade ARM imho, so NK will be taken and unfortunately the ARM citizens will be displaced... sorry to say that, but I cannot see any other outcome here...

We just need The non related issues cloud to lift and regain stability. Then good news flow including Az gov approvals where appropriate and the expansion plans into action, should ultimately lead to the share price levels we all know this is worth.

If Avshancli-Gilar, maybe + CA extension North and West will provide the resource for
a sustainable 150k production expansion and this will be accompanied by substantial
debt raise, won't this will impact the way forward in developing Ordubad?

Might a JV with the Azerzi Gov't be all the more the preferred route; especially so if no or modest equity capital raise [dilution] to come?

Then again.....with a £3+ sp, a substantial equity raise would make a lot of business sense?

It's a big step forward for the company if this is the plan but, not such a big step forward as to require equity issuance, imo.
This can be funded organically and with debt .. we've got a much bigger productive base to lever off now than we have ever had before & that should enable us to borrow at very attractive rates.
We could well get to 150koz / annum with still no more equity issuance … now that would be a stunning achievement & no way the stock would be changing hands for less than £3 / share. & a handsome dividend for loyal shareholders while we wait.

The Conroy JV is still in this for Zero equity premium. That is a further market error imo but, quite understandable at this juncture.

We seem to be back once again, & in very short order, in the 120p to 175p box.
15 months now of drifting in this area (Covid & war scares excepting).

It's basically bouncing about in a fairly wide range while we wait

So, what might be waiting for and when might it arrive?

I go back to this slide in the recent presentation:



The two Avschancli deposits are targeted to begin Mine construction at start of Q4 2021.
For that to happen, there is a timeline of events, as stipulated by the PSA, that AAZ need to observe and these are detailed here:

5.12 Development and Production Program relating to mineral resources and Commercial Products

(a) In the event Contractor submits to AZERGYZIL a Notice of Discovery and its
Commerciality before the end of the Exploration Period or if applicable, the Additional Exploration Period, Contractor shall submit the Development and Production Program relating to Ore Deposits and Commercial Products for each individual Mining Property to AZERGYZIL no later than six (6) months after the date of such Notice of Discovery and its Commerciality provided that such program shall include Contractor's commitments and terms to start producing Commercial Products and annual output to be specified;.

Point b) covers what happens if Contractor does not submit a Development & Production program within 6 months of filing Notice of Discovery
Point c) covers what the data required to be present in the Development & Production program

(d) Within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Development and Production Program AZERGYZIL may request Contractor to provide such further information as is readily available and as AZERGYZIL may reasonably need to evaluate the Development and Production Program.

(e) Unless AZERGYZIL requests in writing to Contractor any changes to the Development and Production Program within ninety (90) days of formal receipt thereof, the Development and Production Program shall be deemed acceptable to AZERGYZIL.



So, for AAZ to get the green light such that they go ahead and move from Exploration to Mine construction by start Q4 2021 & they are flagging a smooth process with no hold-ups, they should have filed Notice of Discovery at least by end Q1 2021.

That means we will be getting formal Notice of Discovery RNS for Avschancli 1 & 3 by end March & for Gilar by end June 2021.

To the unfamiliar investor, the Notice of Discovery submission and accompanying RNS may not seem overly important but, it is actually a very, very important milestone that folk need take notice of for the reasons detailed above.

The company is rather like a water bird right now …. above the waterline, things may seem rather serene but, below the waterline there is actually a helluva lot going on.

In the next 7 months there are going to be quite a flurry of important newsitems.

It is going to be really very interesting as to how the company fleshes out its plans to process ore from the Avschancli & Gilar complex. I am beginning to wonder if we might actually develop a second processing site to deal with this area, separate from the existing Gedabek plant - particularly so if the Gedabek CA is extended northwards. Gedabek CA could be extended in a NE Arc to conjoin with the Gosha CA & then a secondary processing hub would be able to mimic the current set up by being able to blend Avschancli & Gilar ore with Gosha ore.

We will have to wait and see how this all takes shape but, the move towards 100k+oz / annum looks to me like it will be starting next year.

@mf: tricyclic antidepressants such as Amitriptyline does help IBS patients regardless of whether they have diarrhoea or constipation - anyhow I will drop it here as my attempt to share some knowledge has clearly been taken very negatively. Regards.

@the stig: take it easy mate, i have lost a lot on sareum and immupharma; as i said i have had bad experiences and it's a personal thing. why is everyone so doubtful on these boards? i was just stating something factual about IBS treatment. you really need to relax, maybe get some drugs manufactured by these pharmas which treat stress and anxiety. i thought i had the right to free speech?

i am a doctor and i know pharmas do a great job - do you really think it matters what i say about a company or pharmas in general??

Thanks for that doc but it is interesting that there's no attempt to cure the disease, and 30% of sufferers have both diarrhoea and constipation so they have no treatment at all. But agree with Stig, this is like arguing over a coke while there's a bottle of Petrus on the table

Yes Wan, I’ve not traded ARB once but I’ve kept an eye on it purely out of curiosity to BTC, it’s sort of de-coupled; would expect it to somehow link back up again. Just watching and musing out loud.

Wasn’t mocking about 4d either, pharma/bio stocks I’ve steered clear of for years, mainly because of past disappointments with the likes of Medisys, Antisoma springing to mind; albeit Covid bingo stocks have proved enticing. Seen too many of these result days all too often, they can be like an oil or gas play that tries to say despite encountering shows they found water lol but good luck. Resolved after cashing in Orph, EVG will be my sole play for now, other than watching plays mentioned here.
