31/5/2018 12:41 | in a world populated by crazies this thread is well served. If some people have deserted the thread what would be the point of issuing an apology? If they return to read it they never left, simply threw a few toys out of the pram, range rover or whatever. Also, check the posted history of our esteemed dear departed with their charts and fancy words against prices influenced by the oil price, board decisions, production numbers, short sellers, disgruntled tax exiles and deadline disappointments and tell me why an ichimoko or a Quazimodo is a better guide to this basket case of a stock. | lucyp00p
31/5/2018 12:36 | Wonder if the assault on 20.25p will come this after or tomorrow..... | thegreatgeraldo
31/5/2018 11:52 | In terms of speculating where the share price might be with drill bit success, it is worth looking back at the quantum of success when they get it right. Back in 2011/2012, the single success in Platinillo took certified 2P reserves (Proven and Probable) from 7.7 MMBO to 29.9MMBO, an increase of 22.2 MMBO in a 12 month period from a single field. In 2018, we are targeting 5 fields and the first three wells alone are targeting 26 MMBO of gross resource. It seems entirely possible that with the track record and current opportunities, the 2011 success could be repeated. With doubled reserves, increased production, lower costs through the OBA and the current POO, a doubling of the share price would be quite a muted response. What a pity that we have lost our good chartists at such an interesting point in time: perhaps those who caused the offence (both established and new posters) might consider an apology to both TDH and Martin, to see if we could entice them back to this thread? | charlieeee

31/5/2018 09:58 | When they took on RBC there was speculation and a bit more that they were considering following GTE and trading on the TSX. the charts told me that tgg. lol | moneylender
31/5/2018 09:52 | Seems they've dropped RBC & will now struggle along with 2 brokers. Anybody know why they had 3 brokers in the first place? | thegreatgeraldo

31/5/2018 08:05 | I too find myself visiting less and less, there seems to be a lot more chaff and very little posted of any substance. Q | quidnunc
31/5/2018 08:03 | Just speculating. I know Stifel well and don't see why they can't do the whole shebang. Unless GC is doing it as a favour to Investec for sponsoring the cricket. Most likely really. | mad foetus
31/5/2018 07:56 | Mf, you haven't changed, you love to start unsubstantiated rumours. Lol | moneylender
31/5/2018 07:36 | Interesting move as Stifel are big, international and very competent. I wonder why they felt the need to use Investec too? Often that would be connected to a placing but that doesn't seem likely here. Could it be that there is talk of a bid from a Stifel client and Amer wants access to an independent broker? | mad foetus
31/5/2018 07:12 | Amerisur Resources Plc, the oil and gas producer and explorer focused on South America, today announces that its joint corporate brokers comprise Investec, alongside its Nominated Adviser, Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited. | moneylender

30/5/2018 19:27 | Lets hope Nick is correct ! | westmoreland lad
30/5/2018 18:34 | Acv74 you are looking at it through rose coloured glasses even if they make 25 drills doesn't mean everyone is successful and the oil price could go down plus with this lot if we have a problem i.e. weather local problems etc we the small investers will be they last to know....just look at their record. However it does look like we could do better in the future but like we have seen in the past don't bank on it. | bryet
30/5/2018 17:41 | Not much will happen here until it breaks through 25p , then time to party . | jotoha2
30/5/2018 16:33 | Seems like quite a lot of private investors jumping ship to chase the pmo rebound train to me. Bwtfdik | kingivor |
