A long term investment is just a short term trade gone wrong. Anyone holding AMER over the past few years clearly shouldn't be allowed near the stock market. Anyone buying in the last few weeks, well done.

Don't understand why the medium-term target isn't 50000 BOPD (perhaps including third party oil)once they've debottlenecked. Can anyone explain?

Mad feotus, I think you may be getting a bit carried away. A close of 24 would mean an increase of 20% and that is probably unlikely in one go. However, I hope you are right!

Tom - 100%, though just one week ago all I could read on this thread was an inordinate amount of pathetic bickering. IMHO you can safely buy up to 25p and will be sitting on very sound returns by Sept/Oct. As for next year, well now....

FWIW I fully expect new highs to be tested before the end of this FY.

Good luck to long suffering longs - I am in your number, but right now this is good place to be.

Momentum and news.. double your money 40p target .. turning positive

1. Drill results x 3 within 2 months
2. Production X 1.5 in 2 months
3. No debt
4. FCF approx 9-10m per month
5. POO > 70$ Will be >74$ in 2 months
6. Cash at hand $40m+
7. Undervalued .. for sure!
