No, all he has to announce is when he buys or sells shares, for as long as he holds above 3%. He doesn't have to say what is intentions are.

Sp has risen c25% over last few trading days so perhaps we'll see a small retrace before next leg up.

More sellers at 20p that time so I am starting to think that's most of them gone as they will have wanted that price having seen it dip from there earlier. I expect there is still a bit left then it can rise strongly into the finish which will set up a rise tomorrow.

A golden cross with volume looks likely to form here, 200-day moving average of 17.6 and the 50-day is 16, current price 19.6

Just holding anything straight against the highs on the chart shows this has broken out of it's trading range.
Break + volume we are seeing today bodes well for tomorrow and the rest if the week

Resistance at 22p to test next
