It's just a signal, but a positive one, usually showing a reversal of a short term trend. So 22p tomorrow well possible, though Thursday more likely imo.

to be fair there were 2 x 1mm trades showing first thing. one at 16.49 and one at 7.15 which seems odd to say the least. Both at 18.69 or thereabouts.
