The PFI Infrastructure Company PLC - it does what is says on the lid!

The PFI Infrastructure Company PLC - thought I would start a thread on this company that was set up last year after having purchased a few of these. It raised over £40m at 140p last year to establish a PFI portfolio.

Key points:

- Quality Board with Richard Jewson as the Chairman - was the Chairman of Savills.

- Quayle Munro are the Investment Managers. Again, a quality outfit.

- The company is incorporated in the Isle of Man and has a relatively complex structure which may put some people off.
