15/2/2017 19:11 | Highest vol since Dec 2012 very bullish | nw99
15/2/2017 18:02 | Fair point TDay, it's still a high ratio I believe causing TPG to move up sharply on what is really not seriously high volume. | paulgo
15/2/2017 17:39 | Paulgo, Re your post 1881. Surely those institutions like HL, Barclays Stockbrokers etc hold shares on behalf of PI's like us, so the percentage held by pension funds etc is probably less than 60%. | tday

15/2/2017 13:55 | PA, Don't worry, the analysts report is not widely available. | tiltonboy
15/2/2017 12:49 | As the mod contracts have not been confirmed would Maritime valuation of £40 Mill be excluding this..? | timojelly
15/2/2017 12:43 | Septblues, as I said I had valued TPG maritime at £40m some time ago, so speaking hypothetically as it were, if you say that the year end cash will be c. £6m/£7m after purchases and acquisitions and you make an allowance of the same amount for central costs you are back at £40m or 9.5p/share. This analysis PUTS NO VALUE on the other three units which is not the way I would look at things but just serves to emphasis how undervalued the company is. I must stress that the company is not undervalued in the strict accounting terms used until a profit and therefore a value can be put on the other three units. I doubt if there are any serious investors here or indeed any member of the management team who would be happy with a zero valuation for these units. | pavey ark
15/2/2017 12:33 | (timojelly, I thought you had me filtered ?) There is no doubt that Cenkos (house broker) and now PG have spoken with the company and both brokers are unlikely to make overly rash prediction, especiall I must admit I prefer this style to the gushing and over ambitious statement some companies put out. How widely available is the PG report ? Are people just getting a synopsis or the full six pages ?(Edit: sorry 15 pages) It was sent the report this morning on the understanding that it was for my use only so I feel rather constrained. | pavey ark
15/2/2017 12:17 | Will take 250k shares of me no problem. | ileeman
15/2/2017 11:57 | seems to be a major disconect between 9.47p and £40m for one division alone. target by when? can anyone reconcile? | septblues
15/2/2017 11:55 | Panmure do say "TPG Engineering and Design & Technology are on course to deliver sustainable profits from 2019" which may cause them to upgrade their target price nearer the time. | tiltonboy
15/2/2017 11:54 | Exactly, bottom end. | timojelly
15/2/2017 11:49 | What about after that? We should be there by 3pm! | paulgo |
