The more observant of you will notice that I usually say things like "this could support a share price of..."
The trick when INVESTING in small shares like this is to concentrate on the financial performance of the company, its assets and its potential and largely ignore the share price.
If you do your own research and keep up to speed you will have the confidence to buy when the market throws silly prices at you.
Plucking figures for the share price from thin air or hoping/wishing for a certain price without working out what the company must do to justify this fantasy goal is rather pointless.
In an earlier post today I pointed out the recent positives that the "other three units" have enjoyed plus the impact of the Mod contract on the submarine unit.
My theme for some time has been the magnifying effect of reducing losses in D&T and increasing potential of Engineering and MS.

After today's news AND going over the recent presentation reports AND reading the Edison update AND pouring over the House brokers update(three or four times very carefully)I am very confident that TPG is on the cusp of a major increase in revenue.
I am also confident that this will result in a major increase in earning.
Where all of this will lead the share price I'm not quite sure but 9p/10p at the end of the year looks quite reasonable.

Great finish. Closed above minor resistance and closed on the previous major yearly resistance.

Think we will start seeing this breakout from this range over next few days.

I'd settle for 15p this year

It took a while for the significance of todays announcement to be appreciated, but it's looking more like a catalyst at the start of a strong move here imo.

Noticed that the spread was really tight at the end of the day, about 2% which is about the tightest I have seen here.

Chart looks amazing, a perfect chart you would expect to see in a recovery.

Inverse head and shoulder or cup and handle pattern what ever way you want to look at it + Fundamentals getting stronger.

EBITDA is one thing but they are also growing a large cash pile.

I wouldn't like to see bubble/surge to 10p but this figure is now very much on the cards for the year end.
I had always thought an EBITDA of £3m was almost certain and looked favourably on £4m but this latter figure now looks good to me .

An EBITDA of £4m would certainly support 10p in a calm and orderly way but the market does like to see a company coming from where TPG was just two years ago to where it will be at the year end so who knows ?

Edit: Paulgo, very impressively indeed.

This company is now being grown steadily, strategically and very impressively by the management.

Averaged up another 100k 6.8p.

After todays RNS and chart set up confident where this is heading. Nothing on chart until 10p after 6.75p breaks.

Is the lack of liquidity holding this back, today.

Very happy holder here after todays news. As interceptor2 says above, they paid a Price to sales ratio PSR of around 0.6, which is very good value.

I see the acquisitions as providing additional capacity to support a growing order book. May surprise to the upside with contract wins?

With the recent cap ex and this nice little bolt on it looks (to me) that they are unlikely to go for a big and possibly destabilising acquisition, certainly not any time soon.
All units have plenty of new and earnings enhancing projects on hand so things look like they are moving along very nicely.

Bought some more at the open, surprised that the price didn't open higher, but as the acquisition news is digested I feel that it could act as a positive catalyst towards the next share price advance.

Very nice looking acquisition.
Cost synergies and cross selling should enhance very good looking figures even further.
£1.25m cap ex in engineering based on orders and proven customer needs now this very canny looking purchase.
You certainly get the idea that these people know what their doing.
Things are really moving along...never a dull moment and all that.

(Golf calls now but had some serious nerd time/research last evening and must say that the current, single source contracts with the MoD look to contain some serious ADDITIONAL work/revenue but dull figures later as this news is obviously much more interesting)

Nice acquisition which looks earnings enhancing.

Working out from figures in RNS and using total earn out figure, the purchase PSR is 0.61 compared to TPGs present 1.31, and acquisition net margin is 8.8%.

Looks like a very good use of some of their large cash pile.
