Plethora is now registered on Hong Kong exchange under ticker 0575.HK Recently released figures report a profit and cash in the bank. Significantly the new erectile dis-function spray is to be launched commercially in the UK this November and in Europe next April. I'm a bit worried Futura (FUM) have stolen the lead!

Philips Lighting Unit IPO Could Raise More Than $950 Million 16/05/2016 7:50am Dow Jones News Philips Kon (EU:PHIA) Intraday Stock Chart Today : Monday 16 May 2016 Click Here for more Philips Kon Charts. Koninklijke Philips NV on Monday set the pricing for the initial public offering of its lighting unit, saying the spinoff could raise between €694 million to €844 million ($784.8 million to $954.5 million) for the company. The Dutch electronics group said it wanted to sell shares in the unit at between €18.50 to €22.50 apiece, implying a market capitalization of €2.78 billion to €3.38 billion. The final offer price is expected to be announced May 26, with unconditional trading in the shares on Euronext Amsterdam set to start May 31. Philips confirmed earlier this month that it would float the business to focus on its health-care business. It is selling 25% of Philips Lighting in the float. The company had also explored a sale of the business but struggled to find a buyer. The Amsterdam-based company is separating its nearly 125-year-old lighting arm as part of a wider strategic overhaul to concentrate on its more profitable and faster growing health care business. You'll do better on the original Regent Pacific thread: http://uk.advfn.com/cmn/fbb/thread.php3?id=21100932 The standard is a tad higher there. The other board (with the wrong code) looks more active but the actual content is minimal. It's mostly Nora posting the share price times the exchange rate divided by 15 day in and day out.

Good news released yesterday. UPDATE ON COMMERCIALISATION OF PSD502® SUBMISSION OF TYPE IB VARIATION FOR APPROVAL OF REDUCED FILL PRODUCT Regent Pacific Group Limited (“Regent Pacific” or the “Company”;, and collectively with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is pleased to announce that it has received acceptable stability data for accelerated, intermediate and long term storage conditions from the first of three Good Manufacturing Practice batches of the reduced fill can (not less than 12 dose/can) that will support the Company in making a Type IB variation submission to the European Medicines Agency (“EMA”). The documentation is on track for submission to EMA by 20 April 2016, with the aim of receiving approval of the variation by 30 June 2016, such that the Company can obtain the variation payment of €6 million from Recordati S.p.A. (“Recordati221;). The Company will continue to work with Recordati for the successful commercial launch of PSD502®, which is currently anticipated during the latter half of 2016. Under the terms of the Company’s licence agreement with Recordati, a payment of up to €10 million in total is payable upon first commercial sales of PSD502® in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal (being a payment of €2 million in respect of each of these countries). Regent Pacific Group Limited Email: info@regentpac.com Website: www.regentpac.com Page 2 of 3 Jamie Gibson, the Chief Executive Officer commented: “We are pleased with the positive results of the stability data allowing for the submission of the variation of the reduced fill can and the anticipated approval will represent the final step in the successful commercialisation of PSD502® in the European Union, Russia, Commonwealth of Independent States and certain countries of North Africa. The Company continues to focus on out-licensing in other major territories and on the submission for approval by the Food and Drug Administration within the USA. We look forward to giving updates to the market on both fronts in the near term.”

I don't think it costs them £150 though. I think they're profiteering from the fact that for a lot of people they're seen as the most viable way to sort this out. They're probably calculating that people have made a good profit (on paper, compared with the closing price of PLE) and will be willing to pay up. The only unique thing about this situation is that there are a lot of people who suddenly need their services.

Anyone thinking of opening a TD Direct account and depositing the Regent Pacific share certificate.. (took a while to sprise this information from them not shown on website) 'There is no charge to deposit share certificates from Hong Kong into your account* this did not used to be the case as there was previously a £150.00 charge to deposit the shares. *Please be aware that this does not include the recent Regent Pacific/ Plethora scheme of arrangement, due to the unique nature of this corporate action TD has taken the business decision to retain this charge, the reason for this is TD will be charged to deposit and reregister the shares and as such we will be charging for this line of stock.'

Spot-On there, its a paradox that they are dependent on the crooks to amake a crust themselves. I have no time for any of them, they are very much a large part of the problem and not a solution to the problem in any shape or form. Arrogance of the guy, that he thinks people want to read his foul mouthed rants.
