|You'll do better on the original Regent Pacific thread:
The standard is a tad higher there. The other board (with the wrong code) looks more active but the actual content is minimal. It's mostly Nora posting the share price times the exchange rate divided by 15 day in and day out.|
|Why would anyone want to sell now ? - everything is ahead of us.|
|Best to ask on the Regent Pacific thread as most are now on there...
|I wouldn't worry about selling them, come back in 18 months and be considerably richer imo|

|Good news released yesterday.
UPDATE ON COMMERCIALISATION OF PSD502®
SUBMISSION OF TYPE IB VARIATION FOR APPROVAL OF REDUCED FILL PRODUCT
Regent Pacific Group Limited (“Regent Pacific” or the “Company”;, and collectively with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is pleased to announce that it has received acceptable stability data for accelerated, intermediate and long term storage conditions from the first of three Good Manufacturing Practice batches of the reduced fill can (not less than 12 dose/can) that will support the Company in making a Type IB variation submission to the European Medicines Agency (“EMA”). The documentation is on track for submission to EMA by 20 April 2016, with the aim of receiving approval of the variation by 30 June 2016, such that the Company can obtain the variation payment of €6 million from Recordati S.p.A. (“Recordati221;).
The Company will continue to work with Recordati for the successful commercial launch of PSD502®, which is currently anticipated during the latter half of 2016. Under the terms of the Company’s licence agreement with Recordati, a payment of up to €10 million in total is payable upon first commercial sales of PSD502® in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal (being a payment of €2 million in respect of each of these countries).

Jamie Gibson, the Chief Executive Officer commented: “We are pleased with the positive results of the stability data allowing for the submission of the variation of the reduced fill can and the anticipated approval will represent the final step in the successful commercialisation of PSD502® in the European Union, Russia, Commonwealth of Independent States and certain countries of North Africa. The Company continues to focus on out-licensing in other major territories and on the submission for approval by the Food and Drug Administration within the USA. We look forward to giving updates to the market on both fronts in the near term.”|

|I don't think it costs them £150 though. I think they're profiteering from the fact that for a lot of people they're seen as the most viable way to sort this out. They're probably calculating that people have made a good profit (on paper, compared with the closing price of PLE) and will be willing to pay up.
The only unique thing about this situation is that there are a lot of people who suddenly need their services.|
|That board is still active - a couple of posts today.
Or you can go there and click 'related threads' at the top - there are a couple of others but they've gone quiet.|
|No I think there was one set up recently after the transaction become effective..|
|There's a long-standing one here:
(RP came to people's attention a few years ago because of the Dattels connection.)|
|Is there a new board for regent/PLE?|
|Anyone thinking of opening a TD Direct account and depositing the Regent Pacific share certificate.. (took a while to sprise this information from them not shown on website) 'There is no charge to deposit share certificates from Hong Kong into your account* this did not used to be the case as there was previously a £150.00 charge to deposit the shares. *Please be aware that this does not include the recent Regent Pacific/ Plethora scheme of arrangement, due to the unique nature of this corporate action TD has taken the business decision to retain this charge, the reason for this is TD will be charged to deposit and reregister the shares and as such we will be charging for this line of stock.'|
|Well, I'm not unfiltering Liquid Manure. Not nohow.|

Will look into adding live charts but haven't found one at ADVFN as yet.
Many thanks for setting up this new PLE thread Noirua. With regards to charts take a look at www.bigcharts.com|
|I'm feeling left out here, am I going to have to unfilter someone?|
|Spot-On there, its a paradox that they are dependent on the crooks to amake a crust themselves.
I have no time for any of them, they are very much a large part of the problem and not a solution to the problem in any shape or form.
Arrogance of the guy, that he thinks people want to read his foul mouthed rants.|
|Agreed - is he taht stupid that he thinks we have nothing better to do with our time tahn read his nonsense. Who is he anyway? his claim to fame seems to being convicted armed bank robber.|
|What's this to do with Plethora ? No one interested in gossip disseminated by the likes of you to promote your blogspot. Suggest you remain with your own crowd of like minded cronies in your world of squabbling over useless companies, nomads and directors. #allasbadaseachother|
|IG have Regent Pacific - that's where I follow it. Any thoughts on today's sell-off other than profit-taking?|
