Got a marmite feel about this takeover. At least we have some diversity of assets in Regent, downside is following the stock price as it trades when I'm generally in bed & only able to see it towards the end of day & there is the currency risk adding to the volatility.

It was a down day in HK generally, though not by much. About £20k worth of 575 was traded.

There cant be any trading in PLE/RP at present, the shares swap is in progress and I there is a 4 week delay from point of implementation which was yesterday. Your account is notified of corporate action

Apparently Hargreaves were worried people might buy shares without doing research, so they stopped everyone buying shares just in case. I need a broker not a nanny.

If you have relevant broker ie international broker signed with the HK securities clearing system (CCASS)it will work as it does with CREST in UK.
