26/1/2016 15:41 | Overhang of some sort | tsmith2
26/1/2016 15:24 | I don't think managemenet (even thought they will not be able to do anything about it) will like to see share price dropping below 9p - the last Placing price. | lagosboy
26/1/2016 15:04 | just done the maths, even at these levels the takeover is worth 9.2p per share in paper terms. holding is the only sensible/rational course of action. | mrejh
26/1/2016 11:03 | the thought of TW trying to treat his ED with a product for PE, whilst mildly amusing, is also quite distressing all at the the same time. | lagosboy
26/1/2016 10:57 | Annual Report 2014 gives assets etc., mainly in mining, accounting for some asset falls: May download slowly on some devices. Looking through this report it is full of Plethora. It looks as if Regent Pacific do genuinely want Plethora at what is now a very low price. The Chairman can obviously see the need for such a product in many countries that attract visitors from all over the world. | noirua
26/1/2016 10:33 | To state within this release that investors should be cautious investing in Regent Pacific shares is a massive RED FLAG. I don't think so - appears bolierplate, last 2 years at RP have been profits warnings and before that suspension of trading so this year actually offers more hope for shareholders. If you believe the PE market offers a great commercial opportunity, Ple is still best placed, so good time to buy. Everyone is getting sppoked by share price action, but news from company has not changed - volumes are all pretty low. | lagosboy
26/1/2016 10:24 | ZangdockTo state within this release that investors should be cautious investing in Regent Pacific shares is a massive RED FLAG. The reverse takeover of PLE by Regent is paper only and is now making PLE look massively overvalued. Maybe JM is hoping to conclude the takeover of PLE and then take RP private. | cashmachine2
26/1/2016 10:22 | If you still believe in ple great time to buy | brandy5911
26/1/2016 10:21 | Accounts are never what they seem to be - the ideas is to show losses and not profit - so I don't read to much into RP account s | brandy5911
26/1/2016 10:07 | MM taking proverbial | tsmith2
26/1/2016 10:05 | Regent usually make a loss; as they're not a trading company it's based on things like changes in the market value of their listed investments. That raises the question, I suppose, of how they're getting on with selling their assets other than PLE... | zangdook

26/1/2016 09:41 | Appears to be annual boilerplate "Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of Regent Pacific." | lagosboy
26/1/2016 09:31 | Old news but worth thinking about: | noirua
26/1/2016 09:18 | Don't like Regent Pacific trading update much! "Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of Regent Pacific." | juzzer100
26/1/2016 09:17 | run run run for the hills while you still cannister! | tiredandweary
26/1/2016 03:35 | All HK stocks have disappeared. I think advfn are cutting back on the feeds they offer. I know they stopped offering Johannesburg recently. I don't think it's a clever strategy, they think they're concentrating on their UK service but stock investment is increasingly globalised. | zangdook

25/1/2016 18:20 | Sadly yes if history is to be your guide......, good luck to those still holding. | mike111d
25/1/2016 18:14 | The most reliably unreliable company I have ever made the mistake of investing in. But I am so far underwater here that I may as well stick with it now and hope that the board's self-interest has some beneficial side effects for private investors. | plootocrat |
