I'm perfectly happy holding in HK and I still believe it will happen, not sure they will need to take too many out at that price now though. If I'm wrong please correct me.

The statement about PLE needing more funding should the buyout stall, is there to focus shareholders minds imo. Takeover will go ahead and looking forward to the launch of Fortacin.

Having read up date a few times, if change over happens by 9th of march nothing has changed, it has been worded as such that it will only fail if ple holders vote against it.
we new money was running out hence buy out.

We don't have a set price. We have a set ratio of new RP shares per PLE share.

ADVFN are giving up on expansion and "refocussing on UK, US and Brazil" according to their recent results.

I fancy a few more, broker tells me there's no problem holding and we have a set price. HK can impload and I can still hold for a stiffy.
