As announced on 11 February 2016, Plethora has applied to the London Stock Exchange for trading in Plethora Shares on AIM to be suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. (London time) on 8 March 2016, and has requested that admission of the Plethora Shares to trading on AIM be cancelled by 8.00 a.m. (London time) on 11 March 2016.

But Hargreaves Lansdown are no longer allowing their clients to trade PLE from tomorrow, or to buy it online today. So we miss any trading opportunities in the last week, and the chance to buy a bit more if we want to.

Are other brokers as useless as that? There must be some who aren't because trades are still going through.

Completion of the Acquisition remains subject to satisfaction or (if capable of waiver) waiver of the other Conditions set out in the Scheme Document including, inter alia, the sanction by the Court of the Scheme at the Scheme Court Hearing, which is expected to take place on 8 March 2016. Subject to the Scheme receiving the sanction of the Court on that date, the Scheme is expected to become Effective on 9 March 2016. The expected timetable of principal events for the implementation of the Scheme is set out on pages 14 and 15 of the Scheme Document. As described in detail in the Scheme Document, the expected date of the Scheme Court Hearing (to sanction the Scheme) and each of the subsequent dates set out in this timetable could be subject to change. Same as the rest of us - both, of course! I admire their tenacity. I have worked in drug development for 40 years and it is never easy... If I did not believe in them, I would have sold out a long time ago.

As further detailed in the Scheme Document, to become Effective, the Scheme will require, amongst other things, the approval of Scheme Shareholders at the Court Meeting and the passing of a Special Resolution at the General Meeting, and then the approval of the Court.

Notices convening the Court Meeting and the General Meeting, commencing at 10.00 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Court Meeting is concluded or adjourned), respectively, on 2 March 2016 at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street, London EC1Y 4AG, are contained in the Scheme Document.

Subject to approval at the relevant meetings, Court approval and the satisfaction or waiver of the other Conditions set out in the Scheme Document, the Scheme is expected to become Effective on 9 March 2016.

Do keep in mind that period largely spanned tenure of previous management - JM who has made things happen has only been involved for a few years and has put his money in big-time.

Nothing would surprise me with this company... Waiting for nearly 15 years to get this spray to market. I'm sceptical about this deal mainly because there's been to many false dawns

I went through their list of Mandatory Corporate Actions and they have this on the Feb 8th weekly list
Will phone them tomorrow but at this stage very ambivalent if I sell or convert
