If EME sent the money to the right account & it subsequently went missing it is a problem on the China side & not an issue for EME. If it never landed in the correct account in China it is EME's problem.You have to wonder how many days went by in late Oct & into November, when we were expecting an RNS update saying the survey had taken place, that China was asking where the money was & EME were saying 'don't know, we've sent it'

It's been the weather for the survey which has dragged on, that was addressed in Monday RNS. Expect an update as they get to it.

We've already had confirmation that the missing cash is not holding up operations. I think it very likely we will get all the funds returned.

I'm hoping the Chinese are taking responsibility for the missing cash, and this will not hold up the operations. Confirmation of that point in the RNS confirming the survey has been completed would be very welcome.

......& it wouldn't surprise me if the survey commences once we get an update saying the recovery process has been successful on the 'missing' 2 million dollars.Just sayin'

Drilling should start about 10-15 days after completion of sea bed survey.

Id have said asap after the survey and permits. The rig is waiting. I genuinely saw this as survey and permits in Jan, commence drilling in Feb, test March - hoping there is something to test!
If we dont have a firm view on the status of Jade by Easter i'll be mightily peed off.

Stew, give Tom a break...he's only had four years to sort the seabed survey and 2 of those years meant they couldn't do anything due to covid as the boat crew would need to be more than 2m from the next and there's so many ships in that area you could walk across them from China to Taiwan! I also just checked the sea swell historical data and there hasn't been a single day when the swell was below 1.2m, let alone 5 days for the full survey. Tom is just the unluckiest CEO on AIM...or maybe some other adverb ending in 'est' might be better to describe him!?

Well for a share that has so much potential the market and buyers don't seem to see it.

Duyung just seems to go on forever, totally fed up with Conrad, eme and Coro should have been able to put something out.

China, well it simply needs to get started, its bizarre to me that those permits not done and why was that sea swell not done earlier.

Iam told the average risk is 1 drill out of 7 is a success tom stated the the risk of this is 41 per cent in favour this is a huge difference to 1 in 7 happy days my glass is all ways half full GLA DYOR
