If you don't get vaccinated and get Covid you should not get hospital treatment.

It is the unvaccinated who are clogging up our hospitals and stopping routine operations etc

My wife died in hospital from cancer and the pandemic seriously affected her treatment and idiots who won't get vaccinated are to blame.

Of course they have a right to refuse the vaccine but when that choice affects others in society then they can expect that decision to have consequences.

For once I agree with Safiande.

I think we should take vaccine debates to another thread. Hopefully there will be enough eme discussion to occupy us all very shortly ...

I am unvaxxed and came through it relatively easy.

Just saying.

Treatment is good.

I wish everyone a safe 2022 irrespective of vaccine status.

Safi et all,

Thanks for the advice and good wishes, we have both had 2 jabs plus booster, glad we did, I dread to think how bad we would be without the above.

Good news from eme would cheer me up.

Stew,

Good medical advice from bitcoinjimmy in post 42.
You may remember that one of our posting crew had covid in Oct 2020. Pre vaccine. 16 nights in the hospital.

Get well soon

I agree Vit. D helps in many different ways and reduces symptoms. I've been taking 1 x 20,000IU a weeks for a few years now. Have not had any Flu or Covid symptoms.

Get well soon, Stewart.

ps. Taking Vit.C, Vit.D, Zinc and Nigella Sativa are all good treatments. I also took quercetin.

My son and wife are just at the end of theirs and have also used the above,

Take it easy.

ps. The drilling will happen and news will come on Duyung.

Get well soon Stewart. It will improve. Trust me. My wife & I had it over Christmas. We're over it now thankfully. As for EME, I agree with your sentiments 100%. The communication is atrocious. Shareholders left in the dark constantly. Unless you adopt the attitude of no news is good news, it's no wonder people lose faith. We're supposed to be in a hi tech age where communication is king for goodness sake. Sadly lacking in EME case. Woeful. Get a grip Tom Kelly and pull your finger out.

go_baby-go,

When you wish to incorporate an internet link into a message, which ADVFN rejects in the normal standard form beginning http or https, simply change any of the letters to a capital, eg Http or Https, whence the link may then be simply copied and pasted into the reader's browser unmodified to access that link.

Been over 13 years with eme and at the moment we are 5.6p on the bid, we have Duyung news to come and drilling Jade but the market is either not believing anything or MM's after your shares.

I have Covid 19 now day 4, and trust me its a real nasty virus, my wife also tested positive today, however I am beginning to lose faith so many promises but nothing happens. Good grief how long so we have to wait for Duyung its been over a year and nothing from Conrad or eme. The biggest of course is China and Jade, company transformational but already missed the anticipated drill date and apparently down to the high swell, good grief just get on with the bloody thing and Tom give us an update as to what the hell is going on.

That's me done for now, back when I find some flu tablets.

Local knowledge will see Windows to do the survey that the Average Joe Goat won't. Dont get too bogged down on the charts as lay Persons on the other side of the world. The charts are guide but sometimes can and do present different conditions on location. There is also swell direction and tide strength which are presently strong but due to slacken next week, along with wind to throw into the mix which can present a completely differet picture on location. How often have sailors got caught out with unexpected conditions !? Happens all the time. The Crew in that Location will have the Local knowledge and finger on the pulse. In the mean time news on Duyung might be about to land ? GLA

I was hoping for news by the 10th January, but this is looking unlikely now.

From RNS 3 June 2020

- 12-month extension to the first phase of exploration on Block 29/11
- The Company now has until 12 June 2022 to drill its first well on Block 29/11

We need to start ASAP as June is not that far away.

Fair enough, if that's what Google says...

Or, you can simply think of the difference as being that waves are merely a surface phenomenon, whereas swell is the whole thing moving up and down - at the aforementioned regular intervals.

By way of example: a boat floating on the surface rocks and rolls with the swell but, the shallower the vessel's draught, may be tossed around all over the place by the waves.

On the other hand, a semi-submersible oil rig floats at depth, beneath the waves, and is consequently unadulterated by moderate to rough surface condtions. However, you can still feel it moving up and down slightly due to the swell, which is typicaly observed best at the drill floor where the drill pipe might appear to be 'pecking', or moving in and out of the rathole, while it's really the rig traveling up and down.
