16/5/2014 20:12 | These share options are always favourable to the people who set the rules for themselves. However, I take this to mean that IF the targets are achived then these folk can sell share at the then market price and pay only 25p per share to buy so if they vested now they buy at 25p and sell at 125p making a profit of 100p per share. They can only do this if they achieve targets which are always expected to be achievable. | jadeticl3
16/5/2014 11:47 | No we didn't!!! Hey ho. I'm out but still watching. Award of share options:- Am I reading this right? The directors award themselves share options (under an "incentive" plan) where the exercise price is 25p and the current share price is 125p! Where is the incentive in that? | eggbaconandbubble
19/3/2014 15:30 | Here we go? | eggbaconandbubble
13/3/2014 17:16 | Looks like we are about to have another re-rating. 160p? | eggbaconandbubble
06/2/2014 19:09 | Have just seen a release by Edison which gives all the details, but you beat them to it. Thanks again. | jadeticl3
06/2/2014 12:23 | go back to 2008 / 2009 or so. all announced then - can't remember exact date. | markie7
06/2/2014 12:16 | Thanks Markie7. How did you know of this because I did not and I thought I had read any announcements published by EBQ? | jadeticl3
06/2/2014 11:12 | VSS were a massive holder, and also warrant holder. Now they are not, and have a zero holding. This is good for the long term, as improved share liquidity, improved Board structure, and improved general marketability of shares. VSS came on board via a deal a few years back, where they were the owner of one of the businesses EBQ bought. | markie7
06/2/2014 10:55 | Markie7, can you unpack your statement for my benefit. I am not sure what you are saying. | jadeticl3
05/2/2014 21:29 | That is interesting. Massive placement of private equity stake. Now fully out. Proper share register now. | markie7
05/2/2014 17:18 | Interesting. A large number of trades after close and after the RNS re VSS holding. | eggbaconandbubble
16/1/2014 09:46 | The company thinks the results published yesterday are very good but no movement in share price yesterday and down slightly today so they cannot be perceived generally as "very good", but they looked OK to me. | jadeticl3
14/1/2014 08:24 | Interims tomorrow. Are we expecting anything sinificant? | eggbaconandbubble
09/1/2014 15:44 | This share is more like a chess game than a football match--most of the time nothing appears to be happening. It is now within a whisker of its IPO price of 125p. It rises very slowly but it usually does rise!! | jadeticl3
18/11/2013 13:00 | Trying to get the Annual report (printed version) out of this company is like trying to get blood out of a stone! | eggbaconandbubble
16/8/2013 18:14 | Accenture own the main competitor | markie7
16/8/2013 13:36 | I have a fair few which is nice. Of course, I sold a third of my holding a few months ago because I didn't see any catalyst for a rerating :-( | wjccghcc
15/8/2013 15:02 | Anyone comments on possible bid, today's RNS | eggbaconandbubble
06/2/2013 19:37 | When the predecessor to EBQ was born it was the tech bubble so the initial price was inflated. However, this company has remained viable when 9 out of 10 of the others that floated at the same time have ceased to exist. It moves at a fairly pedestrian pace but is slowly getting back to its floation price. For some who bought later at lows it has proved a good, but not esxy buy. I hold, but dont expect too much from this anytime soon. | jadeticl |
