Thanks Markie7. How did you know of this because I did not and I thought I had read any announcements published by EBQ?

VSS were a massive holder, and also warrant holder. Now they are not, and have a zero holding. This is good for the long term, as improved share liquidity, improved Board structure, and improved general marketability of shares. VSS came on board via a deal a few years back, where they were the owner of one of the businesses EBQ bought.

Markie7, can you unpack your statement for my benefit. I am not sure what you are saying.

That is interesting. Massive placement of private equity stake. Now fully out. Proper share register now.

Interesting. A large number of trades after close and after the RNS re VSS holding.

The company thinks the results published yesterday are very good but no movement in share price yesterday and down slightly today so they cannot be perceived generally as "very good", but they looked OK to me.

Interims tomorrow. Are we expecting anything sinificant?

This share is more like a chess game than a football match--most of the time nothing appears to be happening. It is now within a whisker of its IPO price of 125p. It rises very slowly but it usually does rise!!

Trying to get the Annual report (printed version) out of this company is like trying to get blood out of a stone!

I have a fair few which is nice. Of course, I sold a third of my holding a few months ago because I didn't see any catalyst for a rerating :-(

When the predecessor to EBQ was born it was the tech bubble so the initial price was inflated. However, this company has remained viable when 9 out of 10 of the others that floated at the same time have ceased to exist. It moves at a fairly pedestrian pace but is slowly getting back to its floation price. For some who bought later at lows it has proved a good, but not esxy buy. I hold, but dont expect too much from this anytime soon.

Results are normally encouraging but never spectacular--so it is the same again today for H1. However, better than many. I would like to see the share price move above 100p on the basis of good results and confidence on the H2. I have held these for a long time.

not good to see a big sale by a Director especially as the company has struggled to raise equity for itself

Personally I like this share.. probably a bit to staid for the majority of players on these BB's... Good growth though from the 65p I bought in at...

It is a year since anyone posted here. Results out today were good and saw a flicker in share price. We could do with a lift to over 100p, which was the reason for a surge in articles on this thread????? (up from 1 per yr to 2!)

Good price for me. This has increased 4-fold over last 12 months. I still have some from the IPO at 125p so I still need further rises to eliminate that memory.
