They will get the money like they always do by. encouraging everybody to save and buy. their own house with the. tax paid money. so as they can struggle all their lives and then for the government. to charge you. inheritance tax. which is completely over the top. to pay for all these people that do not pay into the system. It's time to get out of this country. But where As it's definitely not England anymore or should. I should I say Great Britain.

"Where the hell is the bankrupt UK gonna get the extra money from."

Same place as it always comes from - spending the money.

Money is made round to go around. If you think government spending 'prints money', then it is time to acknowledge that taxation 'shreds money' - otherwise you only get half the picture and the wrong end of the stick.

Where the hell is the bankrupt UK gonna get the extra money from. They're incapable of cutting spending elsewhere so the answer will be more debt or higher taxes. Oh well. As long as BAE powers on, who cares.

A few weeks ago I speculated that this could hit £15, I now think its likelly to be £20 in the next 5 years. It looks like it could break £14 this week and £15 this year!

2.5% of GDP by 2030 isnt nearly enough

Defence spending needs to be 5% of GDP, minimum.

Peace dividend is over.
Time to prepare for World War. It is coming. And our enemies have been preparing for decades.

"Rishi announces rise in defence spending" - like several Rishi announcements recently, it's all pretty meaningless. It's not really like he's gonna get a chance to implement any of them.

Let's pray that the lefties finally see the light!

Cheers,
PJ

How do we buy them in from Far East if the supply chains collapse and we have a major world war?

Any idea how long it takes a ship to get from there to here!

Or are we going to fly in such?

We're certainly going to need a home guard at some point.

World War is coming. Sadly.

We have had peace for so long many people have become soft and complacent.

We don't need a stockpile, we can just buy them in from the Far East. Nothing to worry about as long as we don't need them at the start . The home guards managed.
