That's the way it is at VRS I and a few I know are streets ahead in the understanding.

Unfortunately the AIM is rife with bod crooks and city fraudsters but for the genuine guys out there true gems like the VRS team and their business exist.

The daily unrelenting fraud in the city hides what are some genuine potential fliers.

You snooze you lose. When this moves up, it's often difficult to buy and when you can, it's usually above the quoted price. At least that's what I've found in the past.

A bit too much of a coincidence. Next up will be my draft to the compliance team at Cantor asking why they are promoting a company as selling geaphene when nothing they have fits the Iso for graphene.

I wouldn't want them to knowingly be putting false information to funds and the market.

That would leave them wide open to claims especially on top of the fraudulent note Will did.

Right I really must get on with the PRG case and then line up some others for the legal team if that goes well.

There are a whole host of AIM companies where investors can try to get their money back via nomad liability.

Formal certification of compliance with the ISO definition of graphene, as I understand it, has not been possible yet, as there is no team of certifiers in place to sign any compliance note.

I presume that is still the case?

I would be very interested to know as soon as certifiers are in position. I have a case I wish to pursue in regard to another company, but cannot do so until certifiers exist.

At the moment, it is possible for suppliers to get away with saying that they do expect their product to comply (even if they know it won't).

Be an almighty bounce if that happens jh, the focus is now turning onto the shorts, they don't have such an easy time of it as people who go long and wait patiently.

A good way of avoiding tax if you are buying large amounts is to buy through a broker and get them to filter it through a spread bet account and then flip them when the time is right... all money in your pocket less the spread of course.... can't knock it!
