20/12/2017 10:57 | The stars are aligned for VRS to go berserk next year: existing contracts turning into large and repeat orders, and more clients being added all the time. Not absolutely certain of course - nothing is except death and taxes - but very very likely IMO... | club sandwich
20/12/2017 10:53 | btw timbo, here is wishing you a very happy Xmas and just a little advice....watch Versarien grow and grow and grow next year. | phoenixs
20/12/2017 10:53 | phoenix Unlike yourself, I prefer not to put all my eggs in the same graphene basket and I like to take an objective view of all my investments and look for positives and negatives. In case you missed it I am on record on this thread for supporting Versarien in both recent PB placings | timbo003
20/12/2017 10:52 | stop the bear baiting chaps. thread up in blue lights at no 4 | rocket fuel
20/12/2017 10:49 | timbo is here from Haydale again..... should have expected a little Xmas cheer from him. or is it that Versarien have NANENE and it is known from all the NDAs and the collaborative agreements announced with multi billion £ companies simply the best product around. The graphene ink has only just begun ......wait for next year. | phoenixs
20/12/2017 10:47 | Has anyone here checked out the price for the ionic liquid used in the VRS manufacturing process? If not, someone should, it appears to be on the somewhat expensive side (understatement) and they use quite a bit of it in the process according to the Ulster Uni patent specs, maybe this could go some way to explain why VRS have had to put such a high price tag on their Nanene material? | timbo003
20/12/2017 10:00 | nope, I initiated Plan B, so no need now to sell until some time before the end of the tax year. It was only ever going to be £5k-worth, anyway... | club sandwich
20/12/2017 09:55 | What has? The IQE comment. What is the relevance of that? I take it CS is a seller he did say he needed to sell some pre xmas which I take to be this week. | superg1
20/12/2017 09:51 | Thats shut everyone up! | festario
20/12/2017 09:30 | Ermm, WE are down more than IQE ???? | festario
20/12/2017 09:27 | Lol so Stig has changed course (yet) again! 😂 | richardc77
20/12/2017 09:24 | What is MIFID II ? - | bazzerp
20/12/2017 09:24 | I disagree stig. I hate red tape but MIFID II is all about big data monitoring of trades. I will elaborate more when I have time. Front running, information/trading rings will be monitored by the algo's. Every trade is logged with a significant amount of data behind it. Ennismore might have to be more careful who they have coffee with. | chillpill
20/12/2017 08:51 | To use a well with expression: "the first hour is all retail" The exception to that is when there is a short position in the stock and then the shorts try and knock the price on an announcement to create negative sentiment. In a couple of weeks time with MIFID II all these market practices will become very visible to the regulators. | chillpill
20/12/2017 08:48 | Well I do say 'first hour is retail' but love to see dodgy Companies getting mullered | the stigologist
20/12/2017 08:43 | stig - The market has just opened. It is not closed yet and I wish you all the best in all your shorts. | fuji99
20/12/2017 08:38 | Using Versarien's existing graphene manufacturing capabilities, in combination with AAC Cyroma's knowledge, plant and equipment, the acquisition will provide the Group with an ability to produce graphene enhanced products for an established customer base, both domestic and international, including leading automotive OEMs. Versarien believes this will be the first dedicated graphene enhanced plastics manufacturing factory in the world. | dgduncan
20/12/2017 08:33 | Good to see IQE getting mullered It's been awful seeing a bunch of muppets who got lucky on that going around BBs as though they are god's gift to investing when they just happened to get lucky on a stock for once I suspect IQE's 'trading statement' is actually a concealed profit warning Traditionally in City/Fast Money circles people talk about a 'whisper number' which is usually ahead of the published analyst estimates. So even if a Company claims to have 'beaten' so-called 'Market estimates' they will be talking about the published market estimates not the 'whisper number' that the Insider/Fast Money crew have been speculating about Certainly revealing an RNS when the City has gone on holiday is highly suspect | the stigologist |
